I have never really had boobs, but they were at least a rounded shape with perky nipples until breastfeeding (which I would still do a million times over). I compared my droopy nips and barely there sag to a mother orangutan (if that gives you a good visual:)). I started as a 32a and wore very padded bras just to appear to have a rounded shape in a top.

When my husband gave me the ok on going to a consult, I jumped on it. I researched my butt off on PS's in our area, and once I found Dr. Christopher Saunders I knew he was the right fit for me. After my consult I was even more sure that he was exactly who I wanted. He has a very calming way about him, hes extremely personable and honest and realistic. I told him I wanted a very natural full b, small c and showed him wish boob pics. He took one look at my chest and said that he would not go over 300cc for me to have a natural look (I have an extremely tiny chest pocket area). And he was sure that he was going to use an ultra high profile on me. I was hesitant at first (in fact I didn't even know there was an ULTRA), I was under the impression that the profiles were on a scale with moderate being the most natural looking and high and ultra high more fake. This is not the case, at all. The ultra high profile is designed for those with small chests to give projection, and if it's the right fit it will look very natural.
We ended up going with 275cc UHP. As for the day of surgery everything was very smooth, and everyone was incredibly comforting. Especially Dr. Saunders who held my hand on the table as I was put under (talk about putting you at ease!). Recovery was a bit of a mess as I got the stomach flu on day 3 post op and then it hit the whole family one by one. By week 2 we were all recovered and I am moving around almost as easily as before.
Overall, this was an incredibly smooth and successful surgery and I owe it to Dr. Saunders for listening to exactly what I wanted and having the knowledge and experience to make it happen with ease. He treats his patients with the utmost care and respect, and I am very happy with my results!

That's a great point you make about projection. Thank you for sharing your insight. So sorry to hear you and your family go the stomach flu during your recovery. I can't even imagine how challenging that must have been. Feel free to share any pictures you're comfortable posting. Congratulations and hoping you'll update us again soon!

Thank you Beth! I've really appreciated this site and all of the amazing women through this whole process. It was so helpful pre-op and still is post-op!:)

Lefty seems to be dropping and softening much faster than righty, but overall everything is going great and feeling great! I hoisted myself into our counter to reach a measuring cup...really terrible idea, other than that I'm virtually pain free. I'm eager to wear pretty bras, but trying to be patient!
