I've been contemplating getting implants for 10 years now. Last year I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I'm not getting any younger!!! I'm very nervous. A little over a month and I'm going to (hopefully) have my dream body! I'm a little worried about the elasticity of my skin. My main concern is the sagging of the breasts due to the implants being heavy.. (500cc is pretty big!)

Don't worry about c.c. Lol just go with your doc reccomemdations based on your breast diameter..mines 14 cm I had three kids so I got 600cc you loose a little c.c volume when you go under the muscle
.i just got mine done for the second time yesterday

What size were you before getting surgery? Your boobs look great!!!

Hi! Thanks for the comment. Before I was a 32B, MAYBE a C (depending on the bra brand) I haven't officially measured what I am now, but according to Victoria's Secret, I am at a 32E (which they don't carry) or a 34DDD lol. I HIGHLY doubt that that's my actual size, I'm probably a DD at best :)

Thanks for responding so quickly. I've wanted bigger boobs since I was very young. Now that I'm done having kids I'm ready to get them done. Trying to figure out what size to go is so hard. I got measured at vs and they wanted to tell me I'm a C (no way in hell am I a C lol) they finally said ok you're a 34 B. When I got measured at the drs in a 34 A. When I was pregnant and nursing I was a full C and loved it. Ive said if I'm going to get them done I'd rather be bigger than smaller. I've been going through all the lovely ladies pictures on here and just came across yours today. They look GREAT! I found a great Dr so when I'm ready I hope mine look as good as yours. Would you give any advice, good or bad?

I keep looking at these pictures wanting mine to be like this!! I hope they can at least be similar, if not an close match... afraid of nipple expansion and sagging. I wonder how doctors determine the final look before the procedure? Is Skin elasticity test a thing to see if you can handle the weight of the implants...?! I wonder how much 500cc silicone implants weigh...????

Hi, I might be able to help here.. a 500cc silicone implant would weigh "506g per implant" or "1.1 pounds per implant"... ... so for 2 implants this equals = 1.01 kg. ..Or in pounds, 2.2 pounds .. ((I have a 250cc Mentor silicone implant at home from a previous surgery so just multiplied its weight)). P.S. love your wish pics! I have a feeling you'll get great results. Which implant profile did you choose: Moderate/ Moderate plus /high ? Are you going under or over muscle?

Hi Essy! Thank you for the comment. It gives me a little perspective on what to expect. I'm not sure which profile I'll get. My doctor said that he will determine that based on my frame and final look I want. But I am getting it under the muscle! Its my first cosmetic surgery, so I'm quite scared lol. Fingers crossed everything will go well :)

I know you may not think so..but they are perfect in their natural size. Some girls would love to have a body like yours.

Hi bobito, I thank you for the kind compliment. It is really hard to see it from others perspective sometimes. Larger breasts are something I've always wanted. For a very long time... so I'm very excited to be able to have an opportunity to have the procedure. I just want to make sure it's perfect. Since I've waited so long... lots of worries and concerns

The do weigh a lot and the weight can cause sagging, have you discussed a moderate profile with more width for a natural look? Just a thought. With your height and current breast tissue 375 to 400cc may be a better option, anyway, does not hurt to ask! Best luck!

The PS actually told me with my height and wide hips, any range between 450 - 500 is what he was considering. 400 wasn't something I've considered as of yet. Do you have implants too? What size did you end up getting?
I'm starting to get worried lol.

Yes, got small ones, 250cc In November, and approaching four months! My rib cage is 28" and I wanted a natural look in C cup. I am sure your PS know best, look at mt pics

Go for it; if my skin could have accommodated it I would have done 550-600 cc instead of 450. They will be bigger for the first 9-12 months until the mild swelling goes down so I was a little disappointed when they finally settled that they didn't stay up so high and "fluffy" LOL. Now that I have had a couple of years for stretching I might go back and get them bigger! I did under the muscle and am glad now I did but at first I was a little disconcerted about the "animation" which looks unnatural. Also my scars for about a year were actually above my mammary crease but they have settled and actually look very natural unless I flex my chest muscles (which I dont do where-when someone can see me of course). If you are an like me your doctor may not recommend going 500 -- mine really was reluctant to do that and we agreed 450 (which took me from two sad little sacks to a glorious 32DDD) was all my lean chest could take for a first time. Don't know if I will ever get the money to have them done again but I think not going any bigger was wise in light of the fact the body needs time for tissues to stretch and accommodate. If you go that big I honestly wouldn't do over the muscle as you are gonna have the saggy boobies a lot sooner (think sock in a rock)... the thin chest skin holding UP two big ol' hooters versus the extra support of the overlying muscle on the chest wall... all in all having them under the chest muscle is a better trade off and you will have better long term results. Good luck, do it for you and GO FOR IT.

Hi! I had decided to go with 475 and I couldn't be happier. Now the fun begins... waiting for the pain to away... and also the drop and fluff! :)
April 4, 2017
I'm 5'6" 135 pounds. My surgery is on the 21st! I'm also getting 500 ccs mentor high profile. I was going to get 550 (my bwd is 13.4) but that number scared me. I was scared that they would be waaaay too big. However, I do want to go as big as my body will allow it without it looking silly on me. Hope that makes sense hehe

Absolutely! I know the feeling. Numbers can be scary but honestly my doctor was so patient and caring that he really helped with making up my mind. I decided on 475. He said the 25cc will really not make that big of a difference. I'm very happy with my decision and can't wait to see them after they drop! :)

I received a text and a phone call from Dr. Saunders today. That's one thing I love about being his patient. He's so easily accessible if I were to have any questions, or if I freak out, he calms me down lol. I started getting nervous a couple weeks ago with the 500cc implants. Honestly, my biggest fear, is them turning out too BIG. so he told me that if the number scares me, go with 475. So that was that. We penciled my boobies for 475cc instead. So of course, I run to target, and buy stocking and rice. Fill em up to 475, and stick it in my boobage. Sweet. Nice. Okay. I like.... jump in them. Shake in them. Lay down, bend over. Twirl around.... this is exciting :)

I keep reading about stocking and rice. Is this to replicate size at home? How do you do it? I mean get the sizes right?

Measure rice in a measuring cup. 1ml = 1cc.
Put that into a nylon stocking and tie a knot to create a rice sack. There's your rice sizer!
