First off this experience was very uncomfortable, my coordinater was Horrible ! Catherine Rodriguez! She never answers the phone, never responds to emails, does not keep track of payments ! There has been numerous times i made payments with other receptionist and she had no “record” so i literally had to screen shot my bank account as proof. When you do get her on the phone she rushes through the conversation and rushes you off the phone ! I just had my actual surgery 02/15/18 and the doctor was nice my boobs look nice so far still very swollen so idk how i feel about them right now. When i did goto my appointment which i am from out of state i was told Catherine was not there and was helped by two other people, she turned out to be there overall, once i went upstairs to my pre-op she called my name to go back, did not interact with me at all, placed me in a room and that’s the last time i saw her and didn’t really share two words with her ! My post will probably be deleted but i will post this on all their social sites and I’m going to also make a YouTube video about my full experience! I was also contacted shortly after this post by the manager and was asked to please remove my negative comments because it is making the company and manager look bad ! Not to mention it’s funny how a manager can call me because of my reviews but each time i asked to speak to a manager she was never available! She continued to make excuses for the poor customer service saying Catherine had some personal issues going on within her family which i really don’t care ! People have problems all around the world but customer service is customer service especially when we are traveling from another state and spending 2-10000 of dollars ! Also to add when you get a breast augmentation they make you pay for your undergarments separately which i think should be included.

The manager only followed up to make excuses about the coordinater and the poor customer service and asked me to remove the negative comments ! I said absolutely not. Didn’t offer me any compensation or anything
woww absolutely ridiculous. I don’t like the fact that they reached out only after the initial review
Oh, no! I'm scheduled for surgery there 4/4. I'm from out of town, as well, so customer service and attentiveness is going to be very important to me as my husband won't be there for the first few days. My coordinator is very short as well on the phone. It bothers me but I just assumed they are super busy in that office. IDK. I hope I have a decent experience. Where did you stay during your recovery?
I stayed at this recovery home called all Dreams recovery ! Very nice ladies very nice home !
I had a similar experience with CG . my coordinator sent me the wrong pre-op instructions so I had to pay 250$ to see their doctor for clearance after already spending $$ in my home state (NYC) to get labs , clearance and blood work. the surgeon did not give me my desired amount of CC but he did get me to my desired size . overall I love my new breast but the customer service was horrible. post op appointment also disappointing,
I do love my breast even though they did not do the size it is still a nice size and they very round and perky ! But customer service is HORRIBLE! i haven’t been able to get a call back or anyone of the phone to even see how to do my follow up appointment since i am from out of state, so therefore i have not did any follow ups

That’s crazy, but common that’s why they work so hard on IG to act like everything is all well
Overall I’m happy with the results but their communication is poor . My post opp appointment was rushed and they didn’t really quell any of my worries .
I was assigned a new coordinator which is also a lady named Catherine. She hasn't attempted to contact me at all and my procedure is this week. I was told that I wouldn't meet the surgeon before my surgery and I don't see how that's possible. Communication is horrible pre op.. so o can only imagine post op communication. I regret my decision to go to them.
