Disappointed Results on my Thighs and Butt

I had a great time during the preop, I was explained everything including the Celfina guarantee. I have called several times, to get my evaluations. No one has returned my calls since May 2020. My results do not appear to be corrected. It is worse. I was even cut on my left leg, leaving a large cut, that keloid. I was told about the keloid for the small insertions I am fine with having presently on my butt, but the large cut and the lines that are embedded in my butt along with dimples that are still there.
