Cellfina is a waste of time and money!

My doctor performed the procedure correctly and has not had any previous issues with anyone else. My beef is with the company that makes Cellfina ...upon further research this company only performed 45 procedures on subjects with good outcomes and then deemed this procedure successful. In my opinion 45 procedures isn't squat to deem anything successful in terms of medical procedures. The company needed to do further research on more people including women of color or darker complexions as I read that they did NOT research the efffects on women with more melanin in their skin as I have seen on here women with more color are left with horrible hyperpigmentation from puncture marks. Additionally I contacted the company myself and spoke to a rep who forwarded me to a special "line" for these types of complaints regarding Cellfina. Apparently these types of issues/complaints are many to have a whole team dedicated to taking such complaints and calls. They forwarded me a form to fill out assigned me a case number and said they would "follow" my progress with my doctor. I honestly don't know how that resolves my issues of zero results and deeper dents. If you look on this board you will find many women with the same issues following this procedure. And again, if the company has put in place an entire team of reps to take these calls you know the problem is with the equipment and not the doctors. If they only did research on small areas I'm talking tiny dimples and then deemed it "successful" then they should make it known that it ONLY works on tiny dimples and doesn't do a damn thing for large dimples that way we women wouldn't waste our time and money on a procedure that is useless ....

I am actually having laser treatments (free of charge) to get rid of the scars left on my buttocks because of Cellfina. They gave me bleaching cream and a chemical peel and nothing helped. This laser treatment is the thing that is helping me. I also am not satisfied with my treatment but I am waiting a year and after the scars are gone to give a complete update.

That's horrible! I have been in contact with the company and all they offered to do was have me basically give them my medical info and doctors name so they can follow along with my progress ...wtf? Progress what progress?? I sent them a nasty email back telling them what in the hell was giving them my medical info to them going to help? How about my money back? How about they do more research to improve on the procedure I also mentioned it wouldn't surprise me if some of these women that were left disfigured didn't get together and file a class action lawsuit against them....I've yet as of this date, get a response back. I've quit looking at my behind quite honestly because I am tired of looking at the poor "results" my doctor is offering fat grafting to fill in the large dents I have that were never fixed by the Cellfina free of charge. So I'm looking forward to that helping??? I'd be interested to hear from anyone that had fat grafting done for that purpose and if they got results??

I actually called the company myself too. They did the same thing to me. This has ruined so many of us and the doctors who did the procedure (Dr. BEN TITLE) and the company provides zero help to fix this mess. Please someone post if anything is working.

Never fixed big dents at all. I still have them.
