Butt Cellfina 1 year progress - large indent on cheek is still prominent

Here are my results from having cellfina done on my butt one year ago. I'm going to do another round of cellfina in a month to see if that will help the large dimple area more. I was hoping for better results initially. I still can't wear leggings without being self conscious because the large indent on my left cheek is still prominent. I really hope the second round makes it look better and not the same or worse.

I've lost some weight and I think that has helped the appearance of my cellulite. Overall I'm very happy with the selfina. My butt does look a lot better than it originally did. And I did have two treatments of selfina. I wish my butt was smooth there and I'd like to try to fix the banana rolls on the bottom. But I'm not sure how I would do that.
