Terrible Experience
This is my 1st ever review - I felt it necessary due to how poorly this practice is run. My entire family; including myself are health care professionals. There is absolutely NO sense of humanity/emphathy from the staff at this factory! Right from my 1st contact with office all continued to go on a downward trend. I was told to be there no later than 3:45pm as MD leaves at 4:30. I left work early and rushed there - only to sit for 2hrs in waiting area. 2 patients came in after me with same time for appts and with same MD??? I finally got called to have 1st of many in and out of waiting area moments. Every staff member is functioning like robots - no smiles, no introductions, etc. It is so so sad to witness what certain businesses in healthcare have become. I and my family have always treated patients like they are our mother, father, etc.
This practice does nothing but seek volume and income from naive patients. The scheduler at the end - 3.5 hrs later was "cold, rude, condescending and yes a "robot. I regret not walking out right from the start! Needless to say I reached out to an ophthalmologist highly recommended from co-workers and was treated like 'Family" - with respect and empathy. My mistake for not doing better research.
Based on reviewed responses from MD to critique bad reviews - all say the same; sorry you were not pleased with services and to call with concerns. Really! do you think that would change anything? This practice is all bout the money, not people.
