Minor Adjustments for a MAJOR Improvement! Cartegena, Colombia

I am a little late in starting my review, but better late than never! My experience with Premium care was so amazing that I don't want to miss anything. I requested a consultation on Tuesday March 3rd, and Laura the patient coordinator said that Dr. Campbell would be available for a consult that Saturday! She asked that I send over pictures prior to the telephone consultation so that he would be able to assess my body type prior to our conversation. When he called me on March 7th I was extremely happy! I told him exactly what I wanted, liposuction of my chin/neck, upper and lower abs, upper and lower back and Brazilian butt lift. He answered all of my questions and was honest about the limitations of lipo only on my stomach due to the possibility of having loose skin. He said that he would never do a tummy tuck on me because I was so young and haven't had children yet. He asked questions about me (as a person) and I felt very comfortable talking to him. I had two in person consultations prior to this and I left each one of them feeling very uneasy. I could already tell that he was different, and after researching his work I could tell that he produced great results.

I am very proactive when it comes to making major decisions. Only a few short hours after my consultation, Laura the patient coordinator emailed me a quote. I tend to move quickly once my mind is made up so I really appreciated the fact that their office responded so promptly. Not to mention the fact that they spoke perfect English! After doing all of my research, the consultation with Dr. Campbell sealed the deal! The quote was about half of what I was quoted in the US (for BBL ONLY), Dr. Campbell was board certified, and I had an awesome experience with the level of communication and knowledge that each person at Premium care had.

After I got my quote, I emailed Laura back and asked if there was availability on March 21st. (only TWO WEEKS after my consult). She immediately emailed me back and said that she would verify availability when she returned to the office on Monday... Sure enough FIRST thing Monday Morning she emailed me and said that there WAS availability. I was so excited and realized that this was now evolving from an Idea to a reality. Within three days, I had purchased my plane ticket (on my own), paid my deposit and they had arranged for my airport pick up, hotel and pre-op schedule. Talk about PROMPT! They made the entire process so easy! Laura and Gloria were heaven sent!
