I live in New Jersey and traveled to Colombia for my tummy tuck and liposuction with Dr. Campbell and Dra. Restrepo. I had a few consultations at home and the prices were so high! My friend had surgery in Colombia and so I researched and thought that Dr. Campbell's practice looked the most trustworthy. I had two consultations on the phone and he explained everything perfectly and with so much patience to make sure I understood everything perfectly. We settled on a tummy tuck and liposuction of my arms, back, love handles, and legs. The price was $4000 less than I was quoted at home even including the hotel and airfare to Cartagena! I had the procedures done and stayed one night in the hospital. All facilities were modern and the staff was excellent. Dr. Campbell and Dra. Restrepo saw me many times during my two weeks there after surgery, and my daughter went with me for support and so see beautiful Cartagena. My least favorite part was the drains for my tummy tuck, but he took the last one out 8 days after surgery and so I got to enjoy some beautiful sites during the remainder of my stay. My results have transformed my life and I am so happy that I chose Dr. Campbell. I recommend him to everyone who will listen, as I have become a real fan of the Premium Care family. Thanks so much for sharing. I'm having surgery w the same doctors in a few weeks' time. Could u please advise where u stayed? I'm going alone so a bit nervous. Also, did u have a pre-surgery list of items or did u buy over there?

Not really. They have everything there like medications and the fajas. Lots of good places to eat, and the staff are really good about helping with everything. You are in great hands!

Your results are really good and by your post I can tell you are thoroughly satisfied. What was your starting weight before the surgery and then after? Again congrats, you look great!

I am pretty short 5'3" and weighed 215 before surgery. Am now down to 182.

You look amazing, I went to a surgeon not so long ago and they told me that I need it to lose about 20 pound so my bmi could be around 20/25:((( I was so dissapointed since I been in this weight steady can't lose anymore I am 5'1 172. Did this surgeon request for you to loose any weight before surgery?

The same thing happened to me! When I talked with Dr. Campbell, we discussed my weight and the fact that I wasn't losing any more. He told me that he has many patients in this situation and that often the surgery helps people to get rid of the excess and that exercise becomes easier and more appealing. He was right!

You look amazing! I'm scheduled for July I'm going alone did u go alone? I'm also staying at the Oz. Did u pay for transport to and from airport? How did u see the doctors did they provide transport or is it really next door and u walked? I'm from nj also and can't wait for my mommy make over!!!

Great for you! What are you having? They picked me up from the airport and the hotel helped arrange for my taxi there when leaving. The first thing after checking in is to meet the doctors, and they really put me at ease. Good luck!

I'm have breast implants.lipo and a Brazilian butt lift...when u went to meet the doctors was their staff with you or did you go alone? Where are the massages held at te hotel? Something's are confusing but maybe because I'm over thinking everything lol!

Thanks for the message, and the compliment! The Oz is perfect and is right next door to the office. Once I arrived a czar picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel (15 minutes). Within an hour I was in the Dr's office and in the hands of their wonderful team. They were right beside me the entire time, and provided much more care than I would have have gotten here in the US. You can feel confident that you are making the right decision with these doctors. I am so happy and still chat with their staff and they seem to love hearing my updates.

Hey Mschris812 Hope you don't mind me answering but ... I just also got back from Colombia w surgery with the amazing Dr Alex Campbell. Like you, I over-think and analyse (typical type A personality) & I am surprised I didn't drive them crazy with all my questions haha but really, they answer everything and don't fluff you off. When people say don't worry about anything, I still did. With Premium, they really do everything for you and then some! I forgot nappies and plastic for the bed and nurse Angela organising everything! From Oz, the office is only approximately 20 metres away and the massage is there. You meet the doctor there as well, and the staff are sitting in reception. I can't remember but nurse Angela might have been with me when I first met the doctor. I had everything you are but not breast. I also had face. There's nothing at all they don't look after! All the best x
