I live in Las Vegas and we have a lot of plastic surgeons here and some are very good. I could have chosen one of them, however, a friend of mine had a face lift and fat transfer by Dr Karam and she looked fabulous. My husband and I travel to San Diego a lot, so we decided to take advantage of the free consultation with Dr. Karam. From the first moment we walked in the staff was friendly and professional. In the waiting room, televisions showed lots and lots of before and after photos and they all looked better, rested, younger...just a prettier version of themselves, not a major change. That was what I was looking for.
I scheduled my surgery for a couple of months later and all went as planned. The surgery is done right there in the office in a safe environment, his surgery suite. Now I am almost three months out and I look great. Not different, but a new an improved me. No tight, stretched areas, no asymmetrical lumps or bumps, and no discolorations. I am very pleased with the outcome.
I had upper and lower eyes, face lift, neck lift, lateral brow lift, laser on my upper lip and fat transfer. In other word almost everything! So, I took Dr. Karam's advice for what would get the best results, and I got just what I was looking for in terms of looking like me only better!

He was friendly, professional and had a sense of humor. He has a wonderful artistic eye for what will make a person look better, not different.
