I never thought I would get a face lift- the idea just did not match with how I saw myself as it relates to going to extremes for my looks. I ended up with facial rejuvenation including fat transfer and various tucks. Best money I have ever spent on myself. The before and afters are amazing. I look great and just like a younger, more vibrant me- nothing fake or stretched. I feel like I can remain much more competitive in the workforce-- and it is just plain fun to look more like how I feel inside- happy, engaged and ready to take on new challenges!

Dr. Karam is an amazing blend of artist, expert surgeon, and excellent listener. I have been going to his office for a couple of years just to make sure that if I ever decided on surgery, I would have really had a chance to meet people in the wait room, know his staff and have a very clear sense of what results I can expect. If you are on the fence-- just go for it. Dr. Karam knows faces and is an expert.
