My full TT with abs sewn and lipo on my lower back...

My full TT with abs sewn and lipo on my lower back was on 11/2/2016. I read lots of reviews about how painful it was and was so scared that I almost backed out of surgery. My tummy looked saggier and tucked funny after each c-section I had- nothing too major but enough to make me look into plastic surgery. I didn't tell many people before the procedure since I didn't want to hear everyone tell me I looked fine or that hunk of skin would magically go away if I change my workout. My surgery took about 4 hours. For nausea: patch behind my ear right before surgery, medicine in my IV, phenergan to take home and use as needed. I felt fine when I woke up from surgery- so tight but nothing like I was afraid of! I went home and walked around the house a bit before going to bed. The worst part in the beginning was throwing up the first night (horrible ab pain during that) and upper-back pain from slouching while walking. My stomach/incision did not bother me at all but the 1 drain I had was very annoying. The drain was in my pubic region, the tube went under my compression garment and was safety pinned onto the top of the garment. I showered 24 hours after surgery and found it easiest to pin my drain pump into a lanyard while showering. Some people recommend pinning it to a bra but that was uncomfortable for me. It's been 5 weeks since my surgery and besides feeling tight (especially when walking in cold weather) I feel great. My lower back is sore when I touch it from the lipo & still a bit swollen. It is still hard for me to use my abs to get me up from bed. I walk and do a light jog on my treadmill. Five weeks out and it still hurts when I sneeze or cough. I ate plenty of ripe bananas and other fruit immediately after surgery and never had any problems with constipation. I love my results especially since I was so wishy-washy about having the surgery. I see a lot of people asking if TT pain is like a c-section...both are painful but in different ways.

I recommend Dr. Grasee. She is conservative with her decisions and very professional. I consulted with 3 plastic surgeons before making my decision on who to proceed with.
