Tummy Tuck Finally Over, but Was It Worth It.-Carmel, IN

So I am 26, with two small children ( 3 and 1), and I am 10 days PO. At this point I am not sure it was the best choice. I was never very big, but fluctuate between 135-145 and I am 5'3''. I gained about 60lbs with my 2nd child and it stretched me out alot so just wanted to remove tummy skin and some of the lovely baggage on my back. My husband was very supportive and has been great playing mister mom.
I have actually been following all of you wonderful women for a couple months now because I wanted to see how everything would be, and it has been so encouraging and helpful I think I actually learned more on here from you ladies instead of my actual doctor. I did decide to have the tummy tuck and to be honest I didnt really have any pain from that area like my muscle repair or anything. Not able to stand up straight has been the only real issue and the incisions on my hip bones rubbing on my garment. I also had lipo in the flanks and bra region and to be honest that sucks the most. I found that the lipo was more painful especially when getting up and down, but found that when I stood up I would just rub where it hurt and the pain would subside. The drain wasnt great either it wasnt that big deal at first but toward the end it started getting a little infected and it was driving me nuts. I think when you read through everyones elses experiences you feel like you are prepared but I think it is different when you actually have to go through it yourself. For some reason since I have a high pain tolerance and was a little in shape and wasnt getting rid of alot of fat I would just bounce back but its truly not the case. At times it feels like what in the heck did I do but each day does get better, and that is so true its such a process....
But now i havent mentioned the outcome so far as to how my procedure went and I am sure you may be wondering how I like the results thus far.. prepare yourself.. but after the tummy tuck and lipo of my back region im not sure it was the best choice considering I cant really tell that much of a difference at all, and the bigger issue is my belly button is no longer in the center of my body and its obvious atleast to me and my husband, and it is totally stressing me out. I haven't had a chance to speak with my doctor about it because I went to have my drain finally pulled out today 10DPO which sucked really bad and her nurse did it so I didnt say anything to her about my belly button, and I would rather speak to the Doctor in person so it looks like another week I will have to wait and totally freak out on her because my belly button is on the side of my body.. okay breathing... Like I had mentioned before I dont see a difference from before until now like most of the women who love their results right away, im honestly not loving it especially my BB and really I am thinking it wasnt worth it.. but I will keep everyone updated as time goes on and hopefully get some before pics and after pics thus far.. please do say a little prayer for me though cuz this belly button thing really sucks :)
