I am 5'0", 112lbs and currently have 10 year old 270cc overfilled to 300cc saline implants. I had an easy recovery first time around and ready to switch over to silicone. I have surgery scheduled for 2-18-15 to get get 655 high profile silicone implants. My doctor tells me I will see a big difference??? I am ready for round 2 and hope for another easy recovery.

So glad your saline implants lasted 10 years. Are you getting a revision due to any complications? Or are you just ready for a change? Hoping you'll have another smooth recovery. Feel free to join a forum of members also awaiting their February 2015 breast implant revision surgery. Keep us posted!

Never one complication! Just thinking I'll need them replaced before my lifetime is up and what better time to do it then while I'm still " young" and healthy lol I have been very satisfied with my 270 overfill to 300cc saline. I thought these were big for me. I am 5 ft and then about 100lbs. Now about 112lbs :( I seem to be like most on here and want to be bigger. My doctor did tell me that if I didn't already have implants I wouldn't have been able to go to the 655cc silicone, but since I already have a pocket and have "stretched" it would be simple and should have the same recovery. My recovery the first time was great! If you follow taking your pain meds on time the first day of two and ice them ( I actually used bags of frozen corn and peas because they were small and adjusted to my body well), get plenty of rest and follow Dr orders it's a piece of cake. I never had the tightness that I read a lot about. I had mine done on a Friday and back to work on Mon. I hope it goes as smooth this time around. I love reading people's experiences that have the 2nd one and giving info on what I have been through too.

Dr Eppley was astonishing. He used the Keller funnel technique and I have had no pain, no pressure, everything has been a breeze. He is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. How are you getting along?

I received my twins today. I had 300cc saline implants and switched to 800cc Allergan silicone ultra high profile. Surgery was at 11:05 and out at 12:05. Awesome nurse, Vicky did excellent job on IV And I hate those. I slept on the way home, but I am so comfortable and no pain at all. He used the Keller Funnel technique to insert them. I just can't believe the no pain. It took me time to pick asurgeon and I PICKED THE BEST for me! Truly so happy and I'm not a peeler, so they will stay under wraps until I take a shower Tomm. Will pay pics at later date.
