Dr. Fata made my dreams come true. I had a breast augmentation on dec 21 with 250cc mentor gel moderate plus profile, placed under the muscle. I feel like I had a perfect result! The implants look very natural and feel great. I have gone back and forth about whether I should have gone larger, which I think is a very common concern. Either way though I went from a very flat chested 32AA to a 34B. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!!!

I'm actually really disappointed. The scar at the left incision never healed properly and is large and visible.
Worse, I have visible rippling at the right breast at the cleavage line. It's very noticeable when I flex my arm, friends have even pointed it out. Another doctor I visited for revision says it likely has to do with the breast implant being placed too medially.
I wish I had waited and spent more to go to a larger center for my breast surgery.

Looking back the worst thing was the way Dr Fata dismissed my concerns about persistent discomfort at right breast saying "your right breast was larger" " we don't do anything for that unless it suddenly gets worse"
