At home therapeutic ultrasound for capsular contracture

This is my personal review of something that I researched and tried for myself. At my 16 week checkup, I was told I had a level 3 grade contracture on my right breast. Unfortunate but not shocking since my right boob with all the issues I had with the hematoma. I never stopped aggressively massaging since day one, and I didn't stop compressing either. I saw I was headed towards complications and I was trying to avoid them. I was told the surgeon wouldn't consider revision surgery until at least a year out because she says it could still change with massaging and compression.
The only issue I had is that I had been massaging and compression for four months and while I did feel like it wasn't as bad as it could've been I didn't feel like it was going to improve just on massage. I do want to say that even though the surgeon said my contracture was level III as I started to do more research for myself I really felt like my contractor was more like a level two because it hadn't fully hardened and it wasn't painful and I really do attribute that to me continuously doing the massages.
So then I looked into Aspen ultrasound but the reviews for it aren't very good. A lot of women say that they saw improvement but a lot of women also had to go on to have revision surgery. Aspen treatment is $2000 I revision surgery can be about the same so for me, it's too much money.
So I started to do my own research into the Aspen ultrasound and what they do and why it works and what the ultrasound is. If you go to google scholar there are scholarly research articles about therapeutic ultrasound for breast contracture not just from Aspen but from a variety of sources. My research led me to be confident enough to go on eBay and purchase a 1 MHz at home therapeutic ultrasound kit. I feel confident based on my research that the worst that could happen was nothing and the ultrasound machine is only $50 on eBay!!
So I ordered my machine and my ultrasound gel and all that and I started my first ultrasound session on September 18. I won't get into specifically what I did just because I want to make sure that people do their own research and don't just try to copy what I did because it may or may not work for everyone and I think people should look it up themselves. But I will say that I've been doing the ultrasound for a month and a half now and the progress on my right boob is phenomenal it's 100% soft just like the left boob now, and I've got my fiancé to confirm and reaffirm this to me 1 million times because I'm always messing with it so it's hard to tell.
As far as dropping goes, that really hasn't happened yet. I am doing the compression still and with all the massages and it looks better like I put on my clothes without a bra there's not such a noticeable difference between the two. You can look at the pictures before to see just how different they look if you're looking at those pictures my right boob still looks the same but it really does not feel the same it feels it feels like a regular boob.
As far as dropping goes like I said it hasn't dropped much. I did notice that my right scar, has been on my rib cage instead of like on the bottom of my boob and now it's shifted up to be just in the crevice so progress... of like half a centimeter lol. My point here is that I did see some improvement from the ultrasound I may still require a revision surgery later on only time will tell and I will definitely keep you guys updated... but 50 bucks versus $2000 for a therapeutic ultrasound and it was super easy!! my fiancé helped at first and then I didn't even need his help it's something worth looking into!! Reach out to me if you've got any questions. At home kit example picture attached.

The machine is small and super portable. About the size of a quality first aid kit

Hi! Can you please post a better picture of the machine you purchased? I go to my surgeon for ultra sound treatment weekly and pay $25 for a 10 min session. I am also taking Omega-3, Vitamin E, Milk-thistle and Montelukast (generic for Sungulair) for a grade II CC. On week 8 of this regiment. Thank you.
