Venus Legacy Skin Tight for Face and Neck . Made Problem Worse!!! - Canton, MI

I wish I could post the pictures of before and after, but I can't .Bottom line is, I have a hard time looking in the mirror..They can't put back what they took out. I did ask them if it would melt the fat /volume in my face..they said NO it will plump and smooth.THEY LIED. Now I do not know what it's going to cost me to correct the damage done...

Since my last post I have been seeing a dermatologist for the horrible red itchy rash that I had developed on my face after receiving only a few treatments of the venus legacy. The staff was made aware of this skin rash on my face and yet they continued to go over the rash area with there venus legacy tool/machine.I still almost a year later am suffering from this rash. It will not go away! It has spread to other places on my face and neck.Something is really wrong here. I did not have this skin problem before these treatments. I really hate saying this because the girls were so very nice ! BUT I feel convicted to share my experience in order to spare another human being. Yes they did refund my money BUT they did not do anything to fix the damage done. Let me say this, I may have had a underlying skin condition that this machine accelerated .I don't know. But, Fact: they kept on with the treatments continuing to go over the inflamed area again and again. SO, not only did this machine take out the fat I had put in my cheeks 17 yrs. ago making me look older then before..it destroyed my skin. I'm so upset!!! I am seeking another dermatologist in hope to correct this skin problem . IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, it probably IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. This is not a board certified plastic surgeon clinic nor is it a dermatology clinic. There are no doctors in the clinic. I asked!....I myself have no ideal what this/they machine did to my face and neck but I do know this, I am worse off for it. Sorry girls at RX light this is nothing personal, you are the sweetest !

UPDATE: I decided not to go through with the Venus Viva. I am sensitive to metals. The Venus Viva is a tool with metal needles that penetrate the skin. The Venus Legacy has metal balls on the tool head. I am still suffering from irritation on my jaw line,neck and forehead. I am under the care of a dermatologist. So far I'm unable to cure this skin issue. I can longer use my skin products nor my retina A's that I've been using for decades. Presently I look terrible my skin is a mess. The management at Canton's Light RX were so very understanding and kind !! . They refunded all of my money without argument . Again I want to emphasis how wonderful and sweet management and staff were to me during my visits for treatment and in handling my request for a refund.
In conclusion I want to say this Venus Legacy must work for some people. They have these machines all over the United States. Many good reviews have been posted as with some bad reviews . I know it dose not do what I was told it would do,but what I was told was incorrect information.Plus a huge mis understanding of communication of both parties in this business transaction. I still have my turkey neck and wrinkles. I will say the Venus Legacy must work for some,but obvious not all. If you are sensitive to metals (like you can't ware nickel or surgical steel earrings) be sure to talk to your dermatologist before you consider these treatments. I've been told that some people take a anti- herby pill before treatments. Ask your doctor first. If you should decide to give these treatments a whirl ,the staff and management at the Canton Light RX are just wonderful l!!!!
