As others have noted, Dr. Vrcek provides thorough, detailed information about any procedure prior to the operation and is excellent at delivering it in layman's terms, even during evenings, weekends, and while traveling.

Follow-up care was also fantastic. I have some redness and scarring, a risk with practically any surgical procedure, and Dr. Vrcek provided a couple of (effective) methods to minimize both. As an aside, he also has a remarkable memory, remembering my line of work after a throwaway comment three months prior.
