I have been communicating with doctor Marco Carmona medical assistant, Danny. She seems very patient , sweet with me. She also answered all my questions. My decision was polyurethane breast implants with cohesive gel.Now I am kinda hesitating because I had find out that after a couple years pilyurethane shell does dissolve and silicone is trapped in fibrosis capsule. And its start getting into system the same way like other types cohesive silicone breast implants. I would love to have saline 800cc , but I would have rippling even under muscle because I am thin type build and dont have much breast tissue its only 36B. So I did my homework and I find out that also Monobloc Hydrogel breast implants (no silicone!!!!)are available, but not in US and B-lite breast implant which are 30% lighter then other implants. They are available only in England and Geneva. B-lite implants going up to 960cc !! Another option would be find a plastic surgeon which can do internal suture bra or a mesh in primary augmentation. If someone can he give me an advise , please.Thank you !

I think I am going to change my plan and have Ideal structure breast implants done in US with doctor Golgrov, Atlanta , GA. I am not going to take a chances to do surgery oversea. I am surgical assistant in real world and going under general anesthesia surgery its very risky. I also did find out that I am anemic, and my iron levels 7. Dr Golgrove office require blood work and numbers should be around 11.7 minimum. So, I started taking spirulina, the superfood chlorella. Hopefully it will build up my iron in a month. Thanks for asking

That would great BethH! I work long hours at my job, and most days I just come home from work , have a dinner and go to bed, because next morning I have to get up at 4am. If you can just modify my reply commemt to DianaSmith, I would be very happy. Some additional info . Doctor Robert Colgrov, Atlanta, GA. Ideal breast implants. The largest I can get 710cc. . Right now I am dealing with my iron levels. As soon they up I am booking a my surgery!

It sounds like you're doing some great research. It's hard to find out if any implant really is "safe" so to speak. I wasn't sure when reading your story if you already have implants from a prior surgery? Good luck and please keep us posted!
