I have tried gym and diets but I could never stay motivated enough to do it for months in a row. Which then always resulted in frustration and very bad moods. It was painful, but worth it. One advise I would give anybody: don't fly too soon after. Take more time to heal than 7 days if possible......

I did proper research before I chose Dr. Carmona. Lovely man, very professional and he is quick in understanding what needs to be done. The aftercare in my case was mostly done by his team, so when it comes to that all the credit goes to them. The whole process went really smooth, which assured me I was in good hands. I had lipo done in my tummy, inner thighs and arms. Would I do it again? Yes, I definitely would. One mistake I made: I had a 16 hr flight about 7 days after the surgery. This was the worst decision I could have made. I was warned about fluid retention, but I never thought it would be this bad/hurtful. Nevertheless, amazing experience.

Where do you live that it was 16 hours away by air? I live in Wisconsin and it's only three hours away by air...

I'm so excited to see another Dr Carmona review you look fabulous,please do share more of your experience where did you stay at the hotel or did you stay at the recovery House? How was your pain and aftercare with the team I understand that part of the package of concierge just to have a nurse come and visit you every day did that occur? Also did you do this on your own or did you travel with someone. Best of luck of all your results you are already on your way

It was amazingly well organised. The team is super cool. Welcomes me at the airport and also dropped me off. Also came to get me from the hotel for the checkup and the first meeting with Dr. Carmona.
I came all by myself. I was a bit worried but the nurse came every day to help me to take a shower and to check up on me.
Haha!! I know I sound like a commercial because I've been doing a lot of research specially in this forum where all the ladies have been so gracious and courageous to share their stories! I'm just excited to see someone else also made the same decision as I did and gives me confidence to see that they're posting. I don't think Dr Carmona has gotten too many reviews but I believe there are many ladies out there that have gone to him but may not be sharing it here. In my researched for the right surgeon I investigated his schooling. He is a plastic surgeon graduated from one of the top plastic surgery schools recognized internationally. In Mexicano they also have board-certified their plastic surgeons and I looked in their website very similar to the website we have in the USA for those who keep their license and are certified, and Dr Carmona is qualified. I also researched the program he graduated from and they only accept eight candidates per year and these candidates are all international candidates. They are people that come from Spain England South America many countries to study. I am very confident I chose the right surgeon as I'm sure you feel the same way.
Goodness.... i didnt even go to that extend in my research. I have to say... in the end its not heart surgery (but I envy that you have done your research to this extend).
