Hello Everyone,
I decided to do a review on my smart lipo procedure because I found this forum very helpful when I was researching prior to my actually procedure. So I'm 22 and I stand at 5'11. I got smart lipo done on my upper and lower abdomen. I'm already pretty thin but I had stubborn belly fat that I just could not lose. I went for a consultation and they had me scheduled for my procedure the very next week.
The staff was very nice and they explained everything very well. The procedure itself was not very painful but it had its moments. Initially when they incisions were made that gave me some discomfort. The part when they fill your stomach with the numbing solution was also very uncomfortable. After my stomach was number I only felt the vibration of the machine which somewhat felt like a massage with a exception of when the doctor would go a little far which stung. Overall the procedure was not bad. The only thing that irritated me was that I felt like the place was over charging me. Though they charged me for two areas the the doctor perform the actual surgery kept saying one area. When I asked him about that during the surgery he said that I only should have been charged for one area because the fat that was taken off was not even enough to be considered one area let alone two. They used a very small container to store the fat taken out and it was not even full. That really bothered me because I was made to feel that I needed a full two areas done which was not the case. My woman that also did my consultation kept saying how she had to justify the "discount" she gave me to the doctor for the two areas but when I actually spoke to the doctor he was like this one area even less. I would have preferred honesty from the consultation team. This is something that I will definitely be addressing with them at my post appointment. Other than that everything else was great. The pudge is gone I was really tired the first day but I'm on day two now and I feel okay I still get tired easily but drinking water and eating small portions every two hours or so helps a lot. This is just my initial review so I will be back to give a few more reviews as I heal. I will definitely be back to update everyone on the status of the place charging me for something I did not need.

The doctor I had for my surgery was great. He was very reassuring and was very thorough in his explanation. He even picked on some wrong information that the consultation people told regarding pricing and what is considered an area.
