I saw Dr Tariq Ahmad for a consultation for liposuction. During this time he explained to me the various options available, the results I could expect and potential risks. His manner was unrushed, reasurring and informative. I took my time to decide if and what I would like to proceed with and decided to have liposuction to 3 areas.

It has been 2 months since Dr Ahmad performed the procedure and I am delighted with the results. Dr Ahmad understood exactly what I wanted I am left with a nicely contoured, smooth and feminine torso.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Ahmad both for his 'bedside' manner and of course his great surgical skills.

Congratulations on your success! Thanks for sharing your experience -- what are your best pre/post-op tips to help others prepares for their big day? I would love to see your results, would you consider sharing some before and after photos?

Hi Eva G. i didn't really focus on changing anything pre-op, just healthy eating and very basic levels of exercise. Post op however, I followed Dr Ahmad's recommendations to wear the compression garments, day and night for at least six weeks and to make sure i wore them correctly. Also I took time out from work to recover as it is quite an invasive procedure, but actually not as painful as i thought it would be given whats being done. but there was some pain and of course bruising. My greatest fear was that there would be dimpling from uneven 'sculpting' or fat removal but Dr Ahmad's attention to, and skill in this aspect of the procedure was great. I'm really glad I did it and really glad I chose Dr Ahmad. Sorry i'm a bit bashful about sharing pictures.

Nice to hear from you, thanks for your reply. Eating healthy and exercise is key, and not always the easiest thing to do. Chocolate always seems to end up in my mouth..hahaha!
