I wasn't gonna write a review but I'm needing opinions. I can't make up my mind between having my revision with Dr Hamilton or Dr Grigoryantis. I have had consultations with Dr Ghavami and while he told me everything I wanted to hear I saw too many bad reviews. His quote was 19k. I also flew out to Omaha and saw Dr Denenberg who quoted me 18k. Dr Hamilton has been the cheapest quoting me 11,500$. Dr Grigoryantis quoted me 16,800. I really like the fact that Grigoryantis has many reviews and that they are mostly positive. The only thing I don't like about the reviews I've read is that a lot of people have mentioned he puts grafts that make the bridge look wider and that's something I don't want. A lot have also mentioned that he does all noses the same and that he doesn't personalize them for the person and I think everyone's noses are different so this is important. With Dr Hamilton I'm scared because he doesn't have many reviews and there are some bad ones as well. I don't like how long my nose is but I also don't want a piggy short nose and I've seen some complains about that. What I most want to change about my nose is the longness and the undefined tip.

Did Dr. Ghavami provide computer imaging? I had my nose done with Dr Grigoryants 2 years ago and am not completely happy with it unfortunately ( you are right that many people complain bc he uses wide spreader grafts). I was planning on consulting with Dr Ghavam because the front of his noses are stunning. Dr Deneberg was also on my list for revision! How was your consultation with him? It seems most of his reviews are positive but I am nervous because a few of his before and after nose photos look "piggish" and very upturned. Good luck on your journey, I am excited to follow it!

Dr Ghavami did provide imaging and it all looked great he noted everything i didn't like and how he could improve it. i was just concerned because he has a lot of negative reviews. Dr Denenberg was very nice and he did imaging as well but I was also concern that a lot of his reviews people noted he did his noses very old fashioned like extremely thin an upturned.

Hello Did you guys find good doc that does rhino revisions? I was wanting Dr. Ghavami but I got in touch with a lady that got her nose done. And it was bad. Now I'm seeing negatively on this doctor as well

I wouldn't pick either surgeon. They both have bad reviews. I would cancel if I were you.

Your nose looks good the way it is. Believe me i would pay any amount of money to get the nose you have right now. The point is you have to outweight the benefits as well as dangers. Imo as long as it doesnt bother you very hard i would not do it.

Rhinoplasty is a roller coaster of a surgery. If I knew the things I know now, I would never ever do it. It's not worth it, especially when you have a nice nose already.

Consult with Dr G

xx2016
I met with dr G last weekend and he told me that inside my nose I had very little bridge bone left from my last rhino and that would be making it a little difficult to bring that down a lot because of the risk of my nose collapsing. He will be making a slope as much as possible he said based on what he sees is possible once he's in there. He will be lifting my tip, narrowing my nostrils and using cartilage from both my ears. I scheduled surgery for October 16 but might move it up to sep 25th, I'm very excited and nervous but I'm sure I made the right choice I just wish I would of came to him first because now I'm left with him having to work around what the last doctor did taking too much from my bridge bone.
