I've been trying to fix this fibrosis/ lipo scar tissue around my core! I got the massages, eventually I even tried Velashape 2 several treatments (at least 6 + i remember). Unfortunately maybe I didn't wear my faja as aggresively as I've seen others wear it (23/7- for like 6 months-??). Or maybe the lipo was just too aggresive and my body wasn't build for that. Lately I've been doing some self- massage for my FASCIA- I've been using my guasha tool to do deep massage and I'm hoping it'll work but yeah it is painful a bit to do for sure.

(also I'm young- I didn't think it'd happen to me but truthfully if you CAN do this another way - REALLY REALLY think about it. It's so risky to do surgery because you don't know if you will get scar tissue and trust me you won't feel cute showing your belly off and it'll be just like the old days hiding at the beach.- follow Bret Contreras- dedicate 5 years to proper glute and fitness training !!! for me 5 years passed anyways from the time i started to save to now- where I still am self conscious about my body because of this scarring. maybe that might be a great option yall. If you must do surgery than please- use that early stage to preventative measures. Do the velashapes as soon as possible, get fascia massage, maybe use something like the fascia blaster or the Graston Technique for that area and start doing that too after the 3 months, maybe lose a bit of weight before surgery so that the work isn't so aggresive. TO BE HONEST I DONT KNOW- but trust me its not cute having a fucking alien belly and its super hard to avoid. and so far its feeling like its impossible to fix.)
I'll update you on if the fascia massage works. I'll be doing it 1 hour a day on my abdominals for the next 1-3 months and checking back in.

Which recovery house did you stay at?

I stayed at air bnb first then at familys home. My moms cousins live in cali so they took me in. If you are going alone do not try staying anywhere other than a recovery house there are cheaper ones 55 dollars or nicer ones more pricey. I was going to stay at one (the new bellavita one) gave in a deposit but had some random expenses i didnt expect so i couldnt. If i didnt have my mom there with me i think i would have died. Way too much fainting and fragility those first few days- nurses or someone to watch abd care for you is a must

He did a good job. This survey has like a week of huge pain (burning sensation in Lipo spots) but ultimately worth it. My expectations were realistic so I am happy. i know I will have to go back one or two more times to get the Monster butt I want. But my overall shape is incredibly improved, it's cute and I'm always getting complements especially when I wear my faja. Even had a few drivers stop their cars to talk to me- so there must be something there.

You look amazing! I'm considering booking with him too... I heard he's difficult to get a hold of. How was his bedside manner, did he listen to you and what you wanted/look at pics, etc? Hopefully not too personal, but do you know how many inches he was able to take off the waist? I can't find enough reviews on him anywhere... love his instagram pics but don't see many anywhere else and I've heard people say he photoshops them so I'm scared... thank you so much <3

Hey! Well I've never measured my waist but he did take off a considerable amount for sure! He had a few emergencies the few days before my surgery so my consults were a bit rushed in that it was like 1 hour before my surgery. I wish I could have talked to him more about what I wanted but I think that was also on me. Hes a nice guy so bedside manners on point. I feel like I got to communicate with him more after surgery than before. I did find the amount of projection in my butt to be modest but that's to be expected- . My recommendation is to write down everything that is important for you to achieve during the surgery so you can have it handy to tell him. He never asked me to show him wish pics so I never did but if that's important for you then make sure you take the initiative to show him or else he might not ask. I wish he would have taken fat from my upper back and neck but I never communicated that. I just told him heart shape and curves. He delivered and I think I look healthy but not exaggerated so I will be coming for a second round. But I liked him enough to come back to him again so overall I would say hes a good one

I do think certain pictures on Instagram are depicting photos of results that were more exaggerated than mine . I did have a considerable amount of stomach and lower back fat and he did an amazing job and he did create a curvier shape in my hip and butt arch however it's not THAT crazy. Just know that if you are looking for results - he can provide and probably better than the average surgeon but if you are looking for an insane booty then you might need to also do a round 2 .

To give you an imagine of the waist thing. My stomach used to be bigger than my boobs and now my boobs are bigger than my stomach- so he took out like the size of my boobs from my stomach. My boobs aren't THAT big though but still he took out a bit there

I just had Lipo & boobs done with him . Had bigger implants made them smaller . I got tired of the big boobs hard to fit certain things + smaller ones make me look thinner :) He is nice & yes write down what u want especially right b4 u go in for the surgery u have another mini consultation with him & he marks your body with the marker . I forgot to tell him one thing but it’s minor so no worries . I stayed at Palace Recovery House it’s nice . I had mild pain , my problem was nausea . It was bad all day long from the meds :( I had horrible back rolls (back fat) & now it’s all gone yaaay !! Bring extra cash your gonna need it like the above girl mentioned . Bring a Breast ultra sound if getting Breast surgery & get your hemo checked + bring the results . Take iron pills 3 times per day + vitamin C + Zinc . Also take Floridex liquid iron if u need to raise your hemo more . If u need a Blood Transfusion in hospital do not refuse it . One lady refused it & she had to stay longer so her Tummy Tuck can heal . Bring your Vitamins with u . If u are on any meds like blood pressure etc bring them with u & take them with very small amount of water the morning of surgery . Even tho ur not suppose to eat or drink . Very necessary items are Peepee/Weewee pads and Adult Diapers . U will be draining especially during/after massages . Bring your own pain meds lol . Good luck Doll :)
So you can bring your own supplies? Because a friend of mines, friend went to plaza and stayed at a recovery house, she said she spent 500 on massages n 1200 on supplies n 300 on Fajas is this possible? I were looking forward to go to him in March n I just wanted to kno from someone else experience

Hey I seen people say bring your own pain meds. Do they not have pain meds there for you? Like I have no reason for a doctor here in Fl to just give me pain meds, do you know if they give it if you show document stating you’re leaving the country for surgery?

Plaza recommends you stay 18 days post op. The doctor prescribes you meds you can get in colombia for pain. I brought tylenol but never used it
