Well it still feels so surreal, I honestly don’t think It will feel
real till I get there.. but I’m so anxious and excited. I’m picking up
some lat minute items I was missing from my supplies, and then time to
pack!!! OMG it’s so close.
I am so proud of myself, I have
pushed myself hard and learned a lot about myself along the way.. I
started off @ 250lbs and planned my survey originally for July & sad
to say I was still way over my BMI, had not lost enough for a “safe
surgery”... well I was very discouraged but I didn’t let that stop me.. I
worked hard and now I’m happy to say I’m at 220lbs 3 days before my
surgery. [What can I say.. true Sagittarius, works well under pressure
lol] but anyways...I hope to continue to lose more weight until I’m at
my goal weight for my height and age. I will keep you all updated as I
get to Cali, Columbia and meet Henao for the first time. I do have a
YouTube channel and plan on vlogging my entire experience.... if you
wish to keep up with my Surgery Journey. I will be uploading on there as
well.

So after many months of debating about this surgery and adding things, taking things off, OMG I know Henao’s assistant Nathalia, is about tired of me lol... Bless her she is so patient! I finally got everything squared away and booked my flight and surgery date. My surgery is on January 11th! I am beyond excited!! I’m ready to get this new chapter in my life started :)

Hey Ladies/Gents. I have finally found a doctor that will give me the results I want!!! I went with Dr. Alder Henao... he is located in Cali, Colombia. The whole process was smooth and easy.. I contacted him via email, sent him all my pictures and measurements, weight.. etc. he was very prompt in responding. He first told me I had to lose at least 40-50 lbs before he can perform the procedures on me.. at that time I was almost 250lbs. I went ahead and booked my surgery for October 2017. Paid my deposit and booked the Recovery House (which is actually Dr. Alder's Recovery House) the ladies there communicated through "WhatsApp".. I am bilingual so it wasn't hard to communicate. I booked my surgery in March.. it is now May & I am down 15 lbs. after thinking about it, I moved up my surgery date to July 10th, and Also added a Breast life w/Augmentation. With all my back and forth, both Dr. Henao and his assistant Nathalia were very patient and thorough... Everything is booked, I am just waiting for my Surgery Date and will continue to lose more weight in the meantime. :) Suprisingly I am not nervous, I am more exited and anxious for the surgery to hurry up and happen!! I am confident Henao will give me the results I want!! I am going to make a YouTube video explaining this and also showing my journey and results before and after... Stay tuned!!
