WORTH IT
It is first time writing any type of review, but it is my oblige to share my best investment ever in my life.
I have got my hair transplant operation on July 24th, 2018.
Overall satisfaction level of operation, hospitality and professionalism of hair transplant team: superb, fantastic and extra ordinary/ Like x 100,000.
I got 1,336 grafts planted. Here, most important thing: During consultation, Sante medical clinic estimates the number of graft by range not by exact grafts. By level of baldness.
I got estimation of 1200 to maximum 1500 graft, with ARTAS Robotic operation and include PRP session, the cost was $9,500 but it was all inclusive (Even accommodation) for guaranteed result.
With the operation, it was figured 1,336 grafts were the exact number of graft to cover all my balding and thinning area.
I already had a consultation from one of plastic surgery clinic in Saskatchewan and paid for consultation fee but I decided to switch my clinic to Sante medical.
The only reason was that I felt their genuine care and sincere attitude toward patients from Adriana.
I am from Saskatchewan, Regina. Sante medical provided two nights of accommodation (Best western Plus) Breakfast included and very decent, pleasant hotel.
I checked in 23rd and had operation on 24th and checked out 25th with final check-up.
The operation
Pain level: I cannot stress enough - The operation itself is definitely NO PAIN at all.
I went to fishing last week and I forgot to take mosquito repellent and got numerous mosquito bites.. that night was more painful than operation itself.
Local anesthesia : Freezing needle (twice - one time before harvesting one time before planting) feels like pulling hair.
After you feel 3 or 4 times of pulling hair kind of feeling, You don’t feel anymore. You are completely numbed. Over planting and harvesting, you feel no pain at all.
I felt little bit of sting and I said "Adriana, I felt something. Right away she gives me another anesthesia shot and start feeling nothing again...
Took about 7.5 hours of operation including Lunch time (Sushi bento box: another pleasant experience) – Started 8:00 AM Done at 3:30 PM
1) 2.5 hours of harvesting
2) 0.5 hours of lunch
3) 3.5 hours of planting
4) 0.5 hours of PRP and post op instruction.
Upto the last minute, I am very very impressed with their professionalism and true care toward patients.
The operation costs me $9500+ GST.
This $9,500 is for PRP session and the satisfactory result, not only 1300 grafts or 1600 grafts.
What if I got estimated 1200 grafts but it is not enough? what an ‘oooopsss’ situation?
Overall, I feel I am very very lucky that I have chosen to go with Sante medical and met these nice people who genuinely enjoy their job with passion and professionalism.
