Your breast look great. They are exactly what I’m looking to get. I don’t want the scares and loss of sensitivity from a lift. I have decided to go over the muscle as well. What made you decide to go over the muscle?
sweetie they look real and amazing! they’re very natural like Anna Nicole in her earlier days! A lift will leave it with scars for life, they won’t ever go away. I guess what I’m saying is don’t ruin your gorgeous breasts with a lift. :)

They're not quite as perky as when I first got them but not as saggy/deflated as before. I will take a current picture sometime soon :)
Thank you I scar bad and I really don’t want to risk having big T scares. I’m almost 50 and I don’t need perky 20 year old boob I just want some of the fullness back in my upper breast area.
My Dr wants to do a donut lift with scars just around the areola but after more research and seeing great results like yours without a lift I might just get implants and wait to do a lift if they start sagging bad.

Yes I didn't want the scars either or the long recovery. I do physical work and needed to get back pronto. My scars are minimal (under the breasts) I barely notice them now.

My breasts have started to sag but it's what I expected. I'm still happy because they do still have fullness and not looking as sad and deflated as they did pre surgery. I hope these pics help anyone looking into getting breast implants for larger, sagging breasts.
