I like most ladies on this site have been doing much research, looking endlessly at photos and reviews. I had a consult in October 2016, with a dr. that was not in the same city i live in. It was explained to me that i procedure i wanted, did not include Lipo or drains.. but i would have to stay in the hospital for 4 days after the procedure. Looking at before and after pictures, i wasnt blown away with the results. Leaving that consult i felt a little deflated.. My husband suggested that i get a second opinion. A week or 2 later i saw another PS and i was told that i would have drains, but go home the same day as the procedure, and the price included Lipo. But in the office , again looking at before and after pics I wasn't like "WOW" and i felt pressure to book a surgery date and put down a deposit.- Now i had two conflicting stories! I needed a third consult. From the moment i called Dr Franks office - his receptionist Shonna was very helpful. During my consult appt Dr Frank explained to me that yes, i would have a drain, go home the same day, but have a spinal instead of being put under, that way its a little easier on the body, and less chance of nausea after. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, and made sure that i understood what i could expect during and after surgery. I never felt pressured to book a date or to put money down, and was told if i have questions i could come back and have them answered or to send an email, and Shonna would get back to me right away. The before and after pics were amazing! I didnt book a surgery date until August 2017 .. I must admit as the days krept closer i was nervous, but more excited i think. When the day of surgery came i was there at 7:30am , and Nurse Carol went through everything that was going to happen as well as what could expect after. Before i knew it, i was kissing my husband goodbye, putting on a gown, chatting with the anesthesiologist, walking into the OR having any last questions answered, getting drawn on, pics taken, getting the spinal and being taken into the recovery room. I was so well taken care of- I couldnt imagine a better experience that i could have had.
