Highly Recommend Dr. Darrow for Plastic Surgery - Body Contouring

I'm 45 years old, and had lost 100lbs over the course of a couple of years, naturally, through diet and exercise. Such a significant weight loss on my petite frame (5'1") left me with loose skin everywhere. I'd had a tummy tuck performed with a previous surgeon (good results, no issues) but decided on Dr. Darrow to perform excess skin removal on my hips and butt due to his extensive body contouring experience post weight loss.
Consultation:
His admin, Alexandria, was friendly, helpful, and very responsive to my questions and booking my consultation - and office staff is friendly. Dr. Darrow is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He listened attentively, patiently answered my questions, and explained surgical options in an anatomical way, which was helpful. He did a great job setting expectations, explaining what surgery would and would not address. I really like the fact that he doesn't try to upsell procedures or add-ons and did not recommend liposuction due to a lack of underlying fat. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered, we scheduled me with a buttock lift surgery.
Surgical Experience:
The surgery went smoothly and Dr. Darrow checked in bedside when I woke up. I went home with one drain and a binder across the area. Recovery went smoothly, no complications or issues, drain was removed at one week. I appreciate the fact I didn't have to go in for multiple follow-up appointments during recovery, Dr. Darrow checked in by phone the first couple of weeks to answer questions and make sure everything was going smoothly. I returned to work after two weeks.
Results:
The results are beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations. My hips are smooth and contoured, my waist looks tight and even better than when I was young. I had low expectations going in for my butt, the skin was so loose, saggy, and baggy. It looked terrible pre-surgery. To my astonishment, my butt looks amazing after surgery, small, well shaped, smooth, and cute. I did not think it was possible, beyond thrilled with my results, especially considering I'm only three months into my recovery. I'm excited to see the final result after all residual swelling is gone.
