Dr. Chang May 29TH 2019 1 week away

I struggled with my weight when I first started this journey .. Believe you can gain the weight ease but dropping them pounds is hard .. You dont notice how much weight you gained until it's to late . But It is what it is I like to eat.. But 3 months ago I started looking for way to loss weight .. I started off with the HCG diet which I have done once before.. An it worked I lost 25 pounds in 1 week.But this time I wasn't losing no weight.. So I looked into other diet plans and I surf youtube and Ig and found intermedited fasting .. An when I tell you I haved gained no weight but I have lost weight this is by far the best diet I have been on and I'll to fast after surgery .. I start eating at 2pm and I stop eating @ 8pm I dont eat no bread but on sone day if I want a sandwich I will eat whole wheat and still loss weight.. So if you ladies need to loss weight try this..

Hey ladies I've been cleared for surgery Im so excited can't wait .. Everything has been great.. Even Spectrum they have been keeping in contact with me very well and I highly appreciated that.. My surgery is paided in full .. My flights are booked from San Francisco to Miami and from Miami back home Im set.So the only thing I have to worry about is getting my recovery house paided for Period sis... I'm staying at The Joyful Recovery house .. I hope it's a good RH to stay at considering I seen a little drama on Joy IG page ..

Hi, Ladies I'm back at it again but it's official . I'm booked with Dr Chang May 29th 2019 .Im so ready for this to happen.. Im so excited .I know he is going to give me exactly what I want. I love his work . I have been following him about 2 years now.. I even know someone who went to him and she looks great. Im booked with Joyful Recovery house I hope everything go well there also.. I just go my 30 day per op care notice in my email..
