TOTAL Experience POST -LOVE my Results- May Go Back for Upgrade.
First I would like to say that I will not be posting pictures because I would like to keep my privacy (sorry!). I hope you find my review useful either way.
Customer Service Experience:
Dr. Stanton and his staff made the entire process completely easy and seamless. From the very first phone call they made me feel like a priority. Vivian or another staff member were always ready to answer any questions I had. Dr. Stanton also took his time to educate me and answer my questions. even at all my post op appointments they were awesome.
Day of Sx:
There I was, glasses on, slippers, zip up hoodie dress ready to go- but my surgery was pushed back due to office scheduling issues. At the time, they ( Modern Institute of Surgery) were going back and forth between two centers and Dr. Stanton was performing surgeries across town so there was about a 2- 3hour delay . I didn't mind, being that- I didn't have anything else planned that day lol. The only thing that sucked was that you have to remain NPO ( nothing by mouth) before surgery so I was just hungry and dehydrated AF- ( pro tip- drink PLENTY of water the day before and leading up to your Sx).
Once I finally got called back, they verified my information, took my ID, and I changed into a surgical gown.
Still dehydrated and now even more nervous I waited for Dr. Stanton to arrive. Once he got there he was friendly and warm- He greeted me and asked me how I was and how I was feeling.
We soon ended our pleasantries and he began to mark me up for both butt and hips. I was happy that he stated I could probably fit the 500cc size ( yay!). Being that I am 5'1 and 130lbs and had previously had a BBL I was nervous about what was going to be able to fit.
I got taken back to the operating room and they got an IV started on me, counted back to 10 and BAM next thing I new I was waking up with a brand new BOOTY and HIPS! Just as they said, you are on your back when you wake up and you are going to want to roll over- just wait and get help and do not try to do it yourself ( like me) - the good ole drugs they had me on had me feeling like superwoman I guess .
Immediately after Sx I felt woozy and nauseated but it subsided once I got back to my air bnb and laid down.
Night One:
I was blessed to have two very amazing friends with me ( one who actually cares for post surgical patients and who I paid). She made sure that my drains and wounds were cleaned and changed, made sure to time and give me all my meds, made sure I iced for the right amount of time. My other friend was on food duty - I was not hungry at all the first couple days and could barely eat.
You do need nutrition and a good amount to protein for proper recovery so I suggest ENSURE clear for 1st two days and ENSURE/ smoothies and protein shakes to supplement - easy to get down and taste pretty decent. anything else food wise I ate as tolerated.
My first post surgical bowel movement was not as scary as I imagined- but I did make sure to clean with warm soap and water each time I did have a BM.
Overall, day after day it gets better- Personally I was able to stop pain meds by 10 days in. The last one I took was on my flight back home.
There is a lot of swelling involved for at least the 1st 30-45 days so if you are scared that you look too big dont freak out!
Overall I am extremely happy with my decision and LOVE my results- things get better each day- I am currently about 8 weeks post op and have been working out and back to my routine. Proper nutrition and good lifestyle habits both before and after have helped out recovery IMO.
I am waiting to see how my final result will be within 6 months ( booty fluffs and implants drop and you get a bit more projection)- depending on how that looks I may go in for a size upgrade!
Things I can think of that made recovery easier:
zip hoodie dresses from amazon
amazon prime, instacart, uber eats
Ensure clear, ensure
Gummies CBD and THC ( hay you are in cali girl its legal, it helps ALOT )
ICE packs
gauze ( dry between butt cheeks and wound care)
surgical tape, gloves, alcohol
The gripper thing that older people use because you cant bend down or reach- I forget what its called
Penetrex to rub on booty: also great on legs for massages : for some reason my calves and legs were sore and a massage helped ALOT
LARGE ice pads to cover whole booty or one butt cheek at a time
This is all I can think of for now, but... If you have any questions feel free to reach out : )

Thank you for the great write up of your experience and advice for others! Happy healing :)
