Hello ladies! I can't believe I'm actually getting to write on realself finally!!!!! Last week I put the deposit down on getting my butt implants. I've been researching the surgery, different techniques or options, and different surgeons for about a year and a half now. I've read other lady's stories on here, asked a MILLION questions, and it goes on and on.... I've decided to go with Dr. Steven Davison via Davinci Pastic Surgery in Washington D.C. (sort of near me). He's been performing intramuscular buttock implants for over 20 years. And his before and after pictures are really good. I'm having the surgery January 12th. Wanted it sooner, but had to work around my fiance's schedule so he could help me. I'm one of thos chicks that has like no butt, no body fat, so implants were my go too. These are my now pictures and my goal pictures :)

:) I'm so excited, it's kind of ridiculous. I feel like a little kid counting down for Christmas, and it's like 5/6 months away!!! Sucks so bad!!! Hahaha!!!! Did you get them? Any advice you learned from you experience, implant choice, recovery you want to share would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello yes I have them almost 2 years and it was the best choice I ever made regarding my body and elective surgery. I have round intramuscular which should be thw only way this procedure should be performed. It is worth the very difficult recovery, but just keep thinking the days weeks months will pass and you will be able to do your normal activities. My main advice is please go conservatively when selecting size (ml). Please don't go over 300 ml I believe because then you will run into more medical risks and aisthetically it will not look natural and not a pretty outcome. Good luck and keep up posted!

You're awesome, thanks for replying! I was thinking between 300-375 because like you said, I don't want it to look outrageous, and I don't want healing issues. I used to be overweight some back in the day lol, and have enough skin back there on my butt to be able to cover them I think without an issue.

Aww you're welcome! The skin is not what should be covering the implant.. the muscle tissue should be what's covering it. Whatever your doctor recommends based on the measurements of your frame. I'm sure everything will go as you are hoping!!

Hey ladies who have been though the butt implant experience! Have a question if anyone reading this would know....
How come some of the chicks who get intramuscular butt implants look like the bottom half of their butt got bigger too, while some don't? Will attach 2 pictures off of a girl's profile on here (they're not her pictures but ones she posted.) Is it about implant shape or size? I know they're both intramuscular but is it where their placed intramuscularly? Do they drop like breast implants? What does "fluff" mean? Thanks ladies!!!(hope someone reads this!!!)

butt implants will drop after a few weeks. the two pictures are taken at different angles but the 2nd picture looks like it was taken soon after surgery. it should drop like the other :)

Hey ladies! Countdown clock has been rolling for months now, and I'm finally down to a tiny bit less than one month. I've gotten all the recovery supplies everyone on here has gotten or has suggested from their experience. Going to stock the house with groceries via easy meals (have a 2 & 6 year old) for a couple weeks so I can take it easy. I think out of this whole quarantine thing in my life, having the kids doing online learning from home might actually come in handy by not having to get my one on the bus and all. I changed my goal picture a little. This is a RS account and I love her results after her 1st implant job. She went to Stanton in CA via she has his Stanton Anatomical Implants. I can't make it out there but I'm hoping with the right size round intramuscular implants I can achieve her look. Fingers crossed ???? and praying nightly all goes well.

Best of luck with your surgery!! I just had mine at the beginning of Dec and am now at about 3 weeks post-op. The intramuscular placement is absolutely the way to go, but it has been a pretty rough road to recovery (also because I added on lipo which made recovery much harder). you will make it through :) try to get extra help with the little ones if you can.. you won't have much energy the first 2 weeks and the painkillers make you want to sleep all day. hope your results turn out amazing!!

I got 500 cc stanton ovals :) I went with a surgeon that I felt like I could trust more though. and he happens to be friends with stanton so he was able order stanton implants for me. was worried the ovals might be too long for me because I have sort of a short butt but they actually fill me out really nicely. looking forward to seeing what they look like after they drop and fluff!

Lucky duck!!! I really wanted Stanton Ovals, but I'm on east coast and couldn't get over there :( Between Covid, kids, life etc., that just wasn't an option even though the surgery is super important. I have a really good doctor, but just wanted Stanton's. Hypothetically if Stanton implants weren't an option, would you have gone oval or round? Or would you have taken your wish pic in and let the doctor decide which ones would work best with what you were trying to achieve?

hmmm a lot of people travel over here from across the country just to get the stanton ovals! how about asking your doc for their opinion on the stanton ovals? that's what I did during my consultation, and he surprised me by saying he was good friends with stanton and could get the ovals for me. otherwise, if choosing between the rounds or the tear drop ovals (the older oval shape), I think I'd go with the rounds just because if they were to turn upside down in the muscle pocket, they would still be symmetrical and never cause any problems. I hear that's the main problem with the tear drop ovals. Plus I've def seen some really beautiful booties with the rounds, especially if placed intramuscular. I think the only thing people complain about the the rounds is that sometimes the outline appears when you bend over. But I feel like that would be more of a problem if they were placed subfascial or even on top of the muscle. Your doc should be able to give you assurances if you ask about it!

I'm thinking you're right on the rounds being the way to go if Stanton's aren't available. My surgery is Jan 12th, I had mentioned the Stanton implants to them before but they never mentioned being able to get them. But I have a online appointment with their nurse on the 29th so I'll ask her just to see, maybe get lucky....
