Butt implants - didn’t expect for the procedure to even look this good

WORTH IT
I just wanted to post a pic of me in clothing. It’s such a dramatic difference now compared to before. I feel really confident and like myself in normal clothing. I have a lot more to fluff but my butt is nearly jiggling as I walk. They don’t look like implants and they don’t feel like them either

hi, you are beautiful. How many ccs? Many thanks
How many cc's boo
How is it so far?
Dr. Salama is a great doctor. You’ll get what you pay for. The results are phenomenal, I may not even need another round, but I would like one. My buttocks feel incredibly soft upon a few months post op. Not to mention it’s huge lol. The second round would be to improve hips and prospectively add fatty tissue/layer on top of the implant for movement and mobility. It jiggles, I can twerk lol but I would like more drama. He does intense liposuction so my abdomen appears as if I’ve gotten vaser lipo in addition to the combined procedures. Meaning it appears as if I’m a daily gym goer. The only workout I perform is low impact walking, and I do happen to enjoy the Stairmaster. I do various sets of several reps of leg and glute workouts probably 2-3 every other week. I really don’t need to as I have fast metabolism, but to be politically correct one should workout if considering this procedure.

In all fairness the only complication that I’ve had is somewhat of nerve damage. I’m not a doctor but my back and glutes can sometimes feel tender causing me to itch aggressively. At first hot showers were a no go. But hot water is never really good for healing, as cold water improves circulation. This feeling only occurs when my skin gets moist in hot, dry climates, and when I perspire. I’m by no means blaming the doctor, as I failed to follow instruction by being consistent with massages. Complications are common with these procedure and before anything is done he is sure to inform you of the risks. I’m grateful to be alive today and I feel okay. Regarding the rash I just use Gold Bond Colloidal oatmeal 2% and reapply as needed, when it felt unbearable at first I just took a Benadryl as well.

The clinic is very different than the doctor, they were okay. You can’t expect much getting a procedure like this in South Florida, when it is in high demand. Everyone needs to eat at the end of the day, so it didn’t bother me. I definitely would like round 2 from him, he’s board certified and he’s crafty enough to study a body to make an executive decision as to what’s necessary.
Lastly I would advise everyone considering this procedure to be completely honest with him. He’s very liberal as he works with patients with different cases, accepting of case by case basis. I got very lucky, rather blessed with the outcome of my procedure. I can’t blame him for any complication. Dishonesty and negligence on my part is a result of complication that I experience. To me it’s minimal, and again with any procedure you must do your research and understand all body types are not the same. This is not sponsored post, I do think he’s a great doctor. When the opportunity and funds present itself I will be visiting once again and keeping all of you posted.
Sounds like your nerves are trying to repair itself, it causes pinching and itchiness. I hope overtime it goes away, if not, def see a neurologist! Could be underlying health conditions that popped up due to stress od surgery. Maybe….! But always good to be safe!
Also as far as CCs I wouldnt know because the clinic never followed up or gave discharge paperwork. I guess you need to be attentive with that. Ask and you shall receive. Again I was just happy to make it out alive. Furthermore with his expertise this has truly been life changing. Thus motivating me to go for round two.

Hey everyone I’m one month PO. I can’t say anything else but the fact that Dr. Salama is truly talented. This could have easily been a disaster for me, as I ran into a few drawbacks with my recovery house and their negligent care. Nevertheless in the hands of a true professional/ Artisan my results came out impeccable. What I asked for he promised me. I appreciated most how attentive he was with the medications as well. Certain ones came in handy throughout my recovery process. I still have a bit of swelling where I was lipoed. I really believe the implants have settled in, I can walk without feeling lightheaded. This procedure will require you to walk as much as you can if you’d like to recover as quickly as you can

He Made Me a Masterpiece.

My experience with EPS has been phenomenal. Dr. Moises Salama was attentive and very professional when it came to my surgery. Friends, Family, and I didn’t expect for the procedure to even look this good, as I’m 5’10 and 165 lbs. I’m 3 days post op, this surgery isn’t for the faint of heart.

I love it . I wanted a bbl and butt implant with Dr Salama to get the desired look that I want. I want a nice big ass but they said with a bbl I won't need implants . Hit with Dr Salama he does bbl with implant combined. Yours looks so good . I'm jelly lol
Can you keep us updated?
Hey Tori, it’s been quite the experience. The muscle spasming combined with the inflammation is what makes it difficult. Especially in my case I opted to refrain from pain medications. So far so good, I am teaching myself to walk again. I’ve been doing mild cold compresses as well to ease the pain and tension.
Did you get a Bbl too? I'm scheduled in June w Salama. He has me gaining weight. Maybe I should go implants. Your boobs are really great too girl. Natural ? If not who did them if u you don't mind?
I got a bbl combined with the implants. It’s like a BBLx2. Be conscious with your diet preop and post op. The inflammation is probably the most unbearable thing along with the spasms. I am learning it is really important to keep my garment on to prevent that.
How many cc's did you get ?
I need to call my coordinator and ask but I really feel like Dr. Salama over did it because it’s what I asked for. He will give you a foundation for a fact. I feel like
My results are consistent with the ones you see on his Instagram. My breast implants were 550 cc and this buttock implants are like 3x the size but also considering my own fat was added on top of it. I feel like I’m
Anywhere between 300-500 cc with the implants alone. And maybe like a lil of my own fat over it.
