So here is my butt one year post op removal and I’ve been training only for the last 2 months religiously with my trainer. I know two months is nothing so I’m not being hard on myself. Yes it’s smaller and different now but my ass doesn’t feel like metal and I know within a year it’ll look decent again with lots of training and proper protein intake. Will post some more pics later.

So I have another review on my surgery but decided to make a new fresh one just to be upgraded and let everyone know what’s going on it’s been about 6 months since I removed my implants from dr Stanton. Even after removal my leg has extreme damage seems like my leg has actually atrophied and I have a huge muscle dent on the side of my calf. Still have horrible leg pain. My health has never been the same since I got his implants back in 2022. Muscle twitches still there and a lot of other issues which I’ve gone to numerous amount of doctors from neurologist to rheumatologist you name it I’ve been to them and done so many MRIs to figure out what this doctor possibly did my muscle that caused me to basically have non stop pain in my leg and nerves. Seriously I wish I never had this surgery he ruined my life and I doubt it’ll ever be the same again. I wish people are more cautious and even though I wasn’t hopefully my experience will help someone else. You can check out my previous reviews too I have Pics and lots of reviews as I was going through the process. Please save yourselves and workout or try something else cause this surgery wasn’t a joke and I thought I was untouchable but I wasn’t and neither is anyone else.

He probably cut/knicked a nerve during surgery. This will repair itself, nerves take a while to heal itself though so this can literally take 18-24 months. I had surgery in the past and the doctor cut a nerve during the procedure. My upper thigh was numb and tingly for 2 years.

I had an MRI of the buttocks and all it said was I have myofascial stuff going on didn’t show anything with nerves being damaged but not sure if that will ever even show. I just regret it because it’s ruined my life. Been patient and have been told that it can take a long time to heal but it’s just all over my body.

It also sounds like he messed up a sciatic nerve… which a neurologist should figure out with nerve tests and mri… maybe you can get more opinions from a diff neurologist? Or even a orthopedic surgeon— they can access the area. I feel awful this happened to you. I actually wanted to go to this dr cuz of a realself review that claim his implants become soft or something to that regard. Did the implants feel harder than muscles?

I’ve gone to every single doctor there is and no one can figure it out but it’s still a problem post removal over a year now and yes it felt very hard even after one year felt super hard like a rock especially for someone who doesn’t have a lot of fat def doesn’t feel like muscle

One year later I decided to remove my implants on march 16. These implants were the biggest mistake of my life. Caused me so many different issues even after removal still doesn’t feel like I feel better. My butt looks terrible after the removal. I wish I just kept my post op bbl butt at least there was a little left. Now I’m left with a super flat saggy butt and lots of trauma to my body and right leg. I wish I had thought about it before doing this surgery and ruining my body and health. Wish more women carefully considered what can happen and also us as women need to find out what can happen to us after removal or even with the implants because the doctor will never tell you what can go wrong. I know not everyone has these issues but a lot do and I was one of them so please don’t message me saying oh nothing happened to me cause If it didn’t that’s great but that was not my case.

Not even a month after I had surgery I started getting very bad leg pain that burned and hurt went all the way down to my toes seemed like my implant was placed on a nerve. Then I started getting muscle twitching and a lot of random joint pain and a few other things. I use to be very healthy and always in the gym but I couldn’t train properly anymore. The side that my implant was causing leg pain also you could feel the implant in your hand felt like a hard metal from the side. My bf constantly would say this is the most weird and unnatural feeling ever( not something you want someone to say when they feel your butt) anyways it was just a mess for me hoping I can recover from it now.

Hey there, I hope you read this message. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! I have implants by Dr Stanton that are saggy 5 months post op and I want to get them removed.... He said that my butt will sag even more without the implants and suggested I replace them with even BIGGER ones that are custom made to be longer to fill up the upper pole. I want to ask you, how is your butt now post removal? Is the skin starting to retract again? Thanks.

Hi love! To be honest my butt wasn’t saggy before getting implants so it wasn’t saggy after either I mean it’s not the same I have dimples now that I never had before and it’s not how it was before because before the implants I also had a bbl. If your Butt was saggy before it may sag after. Butt implants are just a horrible idea to be honest but we already did them so it is what it is I just don’t suggest going bigger because the bigger you go once you remove the more sag you will have in general. What size are yours now?

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it! I had a really tight and firm booty prior to surgery, and now it's saggy with the implants.... I think the implants are too heavy (500cc) for the density of my gluteus muscle layer. I want to remove them and try to gain some fat for BBL instead. However I'm really scared that if I remove them I'm gonna end up with saggy butt that is now FLAT and saggy.
Stanton told me to go for BIGGER, and as you say, I don't feel comfortable about this. My butt also feels unnaturally hard as you say, it's too hard in the middle.. Rock hard. it's just how the implants are.

Honestly that’s how mine felt very heavy and like it was pulling my muscles down. I actually still have a lot of pain in my right glute I think it’s damaged I had MRIs and been to so many doctors about this and no one can find what’s wrong which is very frustrating because I never had pain before this. Please don’t listen to him and go bigger you will for sure regret it. My boyfriend is SO happy I removed them he hated how hard they were in the middle he said it felt disgusting and almost like metal lol if you can gain weight I’d say bbl was best felt so good and soft I wish I just stuck with that but I’m too skinny for that now and I am just done with surgery after this terrible experience I just don’t wanna go under the knife anymore so I rather workout and gain weight nothing can beat a natural Booty. Also mine were 420 and felt heavy and weird can’t imagine anything bigger than that. Prob feels even worse!
