Butt implants and liposuction - Dr Nachbar himself is a great and thoughtful doctor

Right buttocks is going through extreme pain close to severe muscle spasms. It was extremely tough recovery, they did do intramuscular implants so that may be the reason why.

A little has but not fully
U look amazing . How are u feeling
A little better but till not 100%. There's still quite a bit of soreness and it's still stiff. I had quit a bit of bodily fluids leaking from my incisions that my doctor told me was primal and that has cut back a lot. Overall i feel better though.
Interested to know how your doing with the pain and everything, has it settled down any?

What size are they? Are they round or oval shape? They look amazing
If I wanted to go get butt implants should I stay in Arizona or go to California to go to get them done? Is dr nachbar the doctor to go to for butt implants?

This was 6 days post op

There is still a good amount of swelling where the liposuction was done but I feel like it's coming along well. I got the drains out this same day and feel better not having them in the way. I have a good amount of projection from the implants but my camera angles do not show it very well. I'll upload better pictures pretty soon. Brushing is going down but soreness is still there, I'm impatient and just want to be healed already!! :(

Thanks for the updates! Please keep us posted. How’s the movement of the implants this far?
They haven't changed much so far, at least in my opinion. Just the swelling has gone done and maybe a little dropping but nothing too major!
When you talk about projection, can you see the implants at all? Like when you bend over are they noticeable? Also, would you say they give you the illusion of wider hips when viewed front on? Sorry for the Q's!

Right after surgery

This was the day of surgery after I woke up. I stayed overnight and had help from two nurses who were kind enough to take pictures for me. This doesn’t show much so I’ll post more once I get around to it.

Where did you find the nurses to help you? I am going to Dr. Josh and he’s in the same location. I’m going to need help probably unless it’s something I can do alone
I stayed the night at the surgicenter. I only had the nurses with my for the day and night. I have spent most of my recovery so far mostly by myself with just some help with outside errands and showering though.

Yes harder than I thought, not gonna lie. Right now my right butt cheek is hurting way more than my left. My left actually doesn't feel affected at all right now but my right goes through this pain that I can closely describe to as a severe muscle spasm that doesn't stop. I actually had to call u for refill on pain meds so it's controlled right now.
