Crappy Customer Service/ Won’t Fix His Own Mistake
I had a negative overall experience. Dr Stanton fitted me with a butt implant in 2018. After several years of being disappointed with my results, I finally sent him photos and said that I didn’t think it was the right size for me. We did an over the phone consultation, where he agreed that the size was too small and that I should come in and be fitted with a larger Implant. the problem with this is that he expects me to pay full price for a new surgery, did not offer me any sort of credit towards a new surgery where he made the mistake of fitting me with the wrong size implant. He did not apologize for doing this, all he said was it was too small and that I should come in and get a new implants, at full price, which is much higher than it was originally in 2018! And then he charged me $100 for that over the phone consultation to top it off! For a surgeon who has so many customers and so much money coming in you would think he would want to fix something that he didn’t do right, just out of common decency and wanting to be a good doctor! I do not appreciate the arrogance and the lack of empathy that he showed me. Now I’m stuck in this position unless I want to pay another $10-$15,000 to fix his mistake!!
