5 days post op from my bbl with butt implants. I tried hard to gain weight for this surgery from 132 pounds to 161. I’m 5’9 thin frame but I tried to eat and eat because I didn’t want minimal or natural results. Some might think I’m crazy but who wants to pay 12k for “minimal” so I tried since my first bbl was a fail. I’m glad we added the implants it has given me curves when I was very boxy to begin with like skinny people can be. This surgery was the most painful and 5 days post op I’m still in a lot of pain. I did my research and thought dr. Salama was the best for me. Great reputation. He gave my boxy body curves and a butt period..He’s a great surgeon and good bedside manner. He went all out and snatched my body as much as it could possibly be snatched and I’m feeling it right about now. Painful!! I just hope it goes away and I feel comfortable enough going home. I also Am wishful for a more desirable fluffed out look once the swelling goes away. Please tell me what you guys think??

7 days post op I feel much better since I have pain meds. Still sore and somewhat out of it. I like how the implants have settled a bit and my body is much more curvy. Just a update for now. I plan to fly home in 3 days and I will be one of the first to board and you bet I will be standing kneeling, whatever cuz I will not sit on my butt. So if that means standing in the bathroom then it is what it is. It’s gonna be a 5 hr total flight with layover. I feel much better. The projection is starting to show. Proud of myself and my doctor. I did struggle at first with the recovery the first couple days were horrible almost like I got hit by a truck. That’s a good thing though, my first bbl I recovered quick and that’s because it was minimal. So you pick what you want. I also drank like 5 ensure protein shakes which I recommend for a better recovery. I got this period...

Thank you :) and Exactly LOL I think most of the does die in bbl so to me implants were necessary. The fat blends it in nicely camouflaging the implant.

Looks sooo goood!! Did he put the implants in the muscle too? From the front, does the implant give you curves or is it mostly the fat transfer? I have lots of questions sorry! I had like 2 bbls in the past and the curves aren't there, so I'm hoping he can help

Drains taken out going home tommorow

460 cc implant with over 1,000 fat grafted but not sure exactly the total. Definitely enough for my skinny body to have a butt. I went from boxy no shape to this.
The Drains were taken out today. I have to make sure not to wet the incision when showering. Was given directions to prevent infection. My body is snatched. It was worth it. Period.

I just. Had a bbl 3 months ago .. but was waste money and time ... Now I am looking for this Dr salama ..how much. Do. You. Spent? With. My last one I. Had to gain 30 pounds just to had the bbl .. and. Didn't worth ... Now I had to save money to go with. This Dr ... But. I have to w8 around 1 years while my body. Recovery again ... You looking. Incredible

$12,499 for the butt implants with bbl. around 5k for the implants and $7,499 for the bbl. I highly recommend dr. Salama he’s the best. Don’t waste your time/money anywhere else.

Do you feel like your implants are sitting high and square right now? Mine are and I’m getting kinda nervous. I’m 3 weeks post op and they are like glued to the top of my butt lol I know it can take 6 months but like how long is this going to take Lmao

You need to give them time to settle like breast implants. I know that’s what all surgeons say but 2-3 weeks is seriously way too early to be judging that.

My breast implants settled so fast so I wasn’t expecting this with butt implants! Lol I had never heard of them sitting high before.

No pain! It’s just super super stiff when I wake up in the mornings. I’m just now starting to get muscle spasms which are painful but only last for like literally a split second! No I don’t! I wash everything. my incisions are completely healed. :) I’m still using the hybisclins anti bacterial soap on my incisions!

Mine are sitting very high as well although it’s been less than a week since I had it done. I’m praying they settle nicely

I’m a month post op and mine still haven’t so I’m really hoping mine do too and they are just taking awhile to do so. This waiting game is the worst part of this surgery. :(

I just feel like I had to put on weight for more projection I wanted. Being at 130 is pretty slim so I don’t regret that but it is true I will have to continue eating and eating to feed the fat and stay at my current weight.
