Well I had got 712 cc butt implants lipo and fat transfer to the hips with dr Johnny Franco on July 14,2016 . The initial procedure was $10,800. I was very excited about getting some projection done to my back area the doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions fast forward after I got the procedure I was happy with my results. Now just to give an ideal of my body shape and size I'm about 5 feet five and 140 pounds. The implants looked really nice for a few months then about three months later I started to notice that the implants were sagging. The implants just fell so low it looked horrible. I honestly didn't know what was going on. I just thought maybe I was tripping but really the implants were just too low. People would laugh people would stare it was just very noticeable. After Christmas I decided to contact the surgeon and explain to him what was going on I sent him pictures and let them know that I wasn't happy. I honestly was depressed seriously my butt was just ugly. Now if I put on a tight dress yeah it will look good but wearing leggings or pants my butt just say to low . The doctor agreed that the implants did fallhe said this was the second time he seen this basically saying is very rare. We discussed pricing and he gave me a quote for like 3900 after going back-and-forth we came upon a price of 3200 which was somewhat fear all I had to pay for was the anesthesia the butt implants and the Hospital usage. Dr Franco told me he recommends that I go with 548 cc implants and that's what we agreed to.
Fast forward February 8, 2017 I got the procedure done the implants were definitely smaller and a lot more natural . The healing process was actually hell . Somehow I ended up getting a infection in my butt I don't know how I just know that my butt was leaking a lot of fluid so much that I had to wear a diaper and I went to the hospital and they immediately admitted me saying something was wrong. After getting a CAT scan they determined that I had an infection and had me on a lot of antibiotics. I contacted dr Franco letting him know what was going on I just feel he really didn't care . He was real dry about it . The last time I spoke to him was when I was in the hospital . I just decided not to call him back . And he has yet called me to check on me . It's okay because I'm almost a month post op and I'm healing slowly but surely . I just wish I would have gotten the smaller implants first instead of having to get this surgery twice . I do like the way the 548 looks right now hopefully they don't fall like the last ones .

Hi thank you for sharing your experience I had butt implants done 9 months ago with Dr. Franco and I'm not happy since day one my right butt cheek hurts and they are very very low I have 548ccs the implant is also very noticeable I've contact him and yes he seems pretty dry . I got a second opinions with a doctor here in California and they ve told me that the implants are very very low . That it might be necessary to put them intramuscular or sow the pocket .Dr. Franco said to me they are low because that's were my butt ends where the crease . You looks amazing with 548 can you tell me if they have dropped again? Did he see the pockets for you? I'm happy with 548 butt like you said I feel like people laugh because they are very low very unnatural

Actually getting them took out next week , he was definitely dry and didn't seem as caring as he did during the consultation. It's sad because at least 5 girls has mentioned this too me about the exact same thing happening

Hi. Thank you for sharing. Did you get your 548s taken out? I had the 548s and I’m getting them taken out and he also will be doing a “thong butt lift” I thought about getting them repositioned and replaced with a smaller one but I just dont want to deal with implants anymore. He gave me such a bad experience. My 548s are saggy and so fake looking people comment and strangers laugh at me it’s horrible!

I actually had them removed already . I’ll be seeing him next month to get a thong lift . I don’t want any implants near my body lol

I too am lookin to get butt implants, but in Dominican Republic. After reading your review and others I am starting to second guess it. I really do value your opinions because of your experience and knowledge. Can you take a look at my butt implant review when you get a chance? From your experience and knowledge about buttock surgeries do you think I would reach my goal with implants or bbl? Thanks so so so much.

Hello love ! Thank u for looking at my review . I’m honestly never going to recommend butt implants I think with a good Tt and lipo you could achieve a nice bbl . I think Cabral or Duran will give you the look that you want . But implants are just not what up to me . It’s not natural they can possibly fall and your butt won’t feel real
