Sleeping was certainly challenging but overall I’m still not experiencing true pain. I would say my discomfort has been 3-ish/10 only when up and moving around. Post-op recovery I highly recommend FIRM pillows or the wedge system to give support to the hips. I also purchased a pillow for laying face down- a nice feature it comes with attachments to elevate the pillow which has been helpful when watching tv. I’ll post the pillow in the next review! More updates to come!

Post-op! It feels more like pressure and tightness
Surgery started around 9:30am and I was back to the hotel by 2pm. I wouldn't say that I've experienced any true pain so far - it feels more like pressure and tightness. I've only taken 1/2 of the prescribed narcotic to stay ahead of any discomfort. I've been able to take a few walks up and down the hallway. By far the worst so far has been not being able to sit!

Surgery Day! Butt implants
Today is the day I get butt implants with Dr. Stanton!! I'm 5'4 and 125lbs - I'm also considering lipo along my inner thighs but will be consulting with Dr. Stanton this morning. I'll be documenting my journey for you all that are considering this surgery. Updates coming!

I'm just curious how you get scheduled and the surgery done, while living in another state. I would love to go to him and have him work his magic on my butt
Did you have the round implant or oval? I am scheduled for mine on the 22nd here in Fort Wayne and I am still confused on size and the only implant my surgeon will use is the round ones.
Amazing! Can I have a 6 month + update. How was recovery and how are they now, has there been any issues since? Thankyou, L
