Round 2- Upsizing my implants

3 month post op

$12,000
I had my three month post op this week. Unfortunately the dents are still there. Doctor Stanton suggested and wants me to wait a full year to see if there is any difference in the shaping. He explained that because unfortunately there is so much scar tissue and scar tissue is like wood it does not bend or stretch that no matter how big I keep going on the implants I will not see any projection. We agreed that if in one year I see the dents starting to go away that means that the tissue is now stretching and more projection can possibly show and if I desire I can go bigger then. Obviously I asked about other options such as a skin lift or another round of bbl fat just in that area but he was very honest with me and told me that none of that would work based on my circumstances and scar tissue. I really appreciate his honesty. Like he told me “if you were my wife I would tell you to not do anything else” so I will not be doing anything for at least another year and hoping that within the year I will see progress.

Hope you will see progress and the dent will fill . My situation is simpler to yours and might be worse i am looking for a trip to la to see the doctor and see if we can do any change
Thank you for your well wishes!! :) currently it's still looking the same but I am now finally back to working out and doing heavy squats and butt workouts as it is probably my last chance. Maybe in a few years if it still bothers me as much as it does today I will try one last round of fat transfer :/. I'm sorry to hear you are going through the same thing it's very frustrating and I feel your pain. Which doctor do you plan to come visit in LA?
Hello, Iam planning to see dr Ryan Stanton for reconstruction. Regarding your scar tissue have you tried Myofascial release (MFR)?
Oh okay, he's great! And very honest and caring No i have never even heard of that, I'll have to look into it! Thanks! Have you?
You look so good . Thanks for the update .

3 week update…sad & frustrated

Here is my 3 week update.
I literally feel like my after pics are me just reposting my before :(
Unfortunately I'm feeling really sad, depressed and hopeless. I know it is still early in recovery but I feel like upsizing the implants did nothing to the shape or dents but make it slightly bigger, literally looks the same! I'm feeling super frustrated that the surgery was possibly pointless.
venting.....
I feel for all of you who have been and are going through body issues. Getting dressed and seeing how it affects EVERY outfit is a daily depressing reminder. In super tight jeans I can manage a bit (still feel super self conscious) but I have to forget about bikinis/leggings/bodycons and basically any tight thin materials.
not really sure where to go from here, i guess only time will tell

You look great. I don’t see anything wrong wait for a year at least to see the final result
Thank you! I plan on waiting at least a year now and see how it develops. If I wear spanx it lifts my butt and smooths out the dents so u can't see the dents as much but i hate having to wear spanx all the time :/ . In these pictures I am not wearing spanx , but I jus wanted to show how it looks when I don't. I def agree it could be way worse but in my head I can't get passed the dents :(
I did a reconstruction with flap and my but looks uneven, that’s why I am thinking of butt implant. But I just want to know how do they feel ????
It's definitely an adjustment, I can feel them when I lay down flat on flat surfaces or certain positions. They don't bother me enough to take them out but I can def feel them :/
Any update regarding how do you feel shape?
Can you see the implants when you bend over?
Girl I didn't see the dent at all when you wear clothes, you look amazing.

One week post op

Here is how it’s looking at one week post op. My case is very different from others but if this can help at least ONE person out there then I’m glad I shared.
I don’t feel any pain at all anymore. Replacement surgery is def a lot easier! Only thing that sucks in not being able to sit. Hoping and prayingggg that the new larger implants will round out the flat part. :(
(Scar is where he took out the granuloma)
Will try to update every few weeks as I see change.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your journey. Your case is very similar to mine. I haven't updated my review in a while but after the swelling completely subsided and the implants dropped a little more, one of my butt cheeks has a flat looking part very similar to your before pics on this review. Dr. Stanton suggested going bigger to attempt to fill in that flatness more. I am so curious to see how yours turns out!
I'm sorry to hear that I know exactly how frustrated you must feel. :( when we were going over sized right before the surgery he told me that in order to push out the dents ideally I would need 700cc and that he would do his best to fit the largest unfortunately he was only able to go up to sizes 500&600cc. Based on having implants twice already I kind of know how they drop and fluff and having a flat part already this early on is a bad sign but I'm trying to be hopeful :(. I just can't keep having surgery after surgery and also I'm 5' 125lbs so I feel like my butt size currently is good for my size any bigger will be too much ughhhhh so many emotions. I will def keep u posted!
Thanks for sharing I’m definitely going to follow your review I am scheduled to have my second surgery to upsize August 9th Dr Stanton was able to fit 600 CC oval implants in now I’m getting a custom implant for more projection so would the say the surgery is a lot easier after the first time?
Hi! Yes 100% at least for me is wayyy easier! The first day was easy bc of the anesthesia and pain medication given by the doctor however the second day I trued not to take medicine because I thought I felt good and that was a Big mistake lol. The second day i had extremely bad pain and I had to take pain medication's every four hours on the dot. on the third day I took pain meds every 6 to 8 hours by the fourth day I just ended up taking one at night and didn't take any after that. Most of the pain actually was from my lower back laying down for so long as you probably know from your first surgery. I'm currently 18 days out and I'm walking and doing everything normal again. I remember the first surgery it took me about a month to be able to bend over and shave my legs or use the restroom but at two weeks I can do it with no discomfort. The whole not sitting 100% until the 4th week is the only annoying thing, same as the first surgery :/. I hope u post a review I would love to follow your recover as well! Good luck girl!!! :)
