From day 1 bbl first round with dr Fisher, I was not happy with his results and my butt ended up shrinking back to the original size. Was a waste of time and money.
Round 2 with dr Cortes was done on Thursday June 21!! He put the biggest implants on me and it looks amazing and proportional to my body. He gave me a tiny waste and was pretty aggressive with the lipo. I didn’t bruise at all with dr Fisher but with cortes I have a lot of bruising so I know he got out all the fat possible!

Been feeling pretty good. I take my Tylenol 1 and it makes me feel like I can do all my chores in the house! But I still take it easy.

Just had my first massage yesterday and was pretty good. She helped my swollen areas so much! I woke up today (day 4) even more swollen! Omg my face especially under my eyes was really bad. My hands are so swollen, I can’t take off my wedding ring! Sleeping st night is better now.
I’ve been eating a lot of papaya and that helps keep me regular. Looking forward to my next massage and can’t wait to get these bulbs removed.

A lot of laying on my stomach and stiff walking. Making sure I take my meds on time. I don’t have any pain at all. If anything just uncomfortable. I still wake up swollen in my face and arms.

What about getting in/out of bed? I was thinking of buying airmatress because my bed is so high.

I got a tiny stool stepper. My bed is high too but I have a comfortable tempur pedic mattress so my bAck doesn’t hurt :)
My hubby has a big ol truck so I use the stepper to get In
I have an Air mattress as my backup but haven’t used it

Ok did i understand the office correct.....that they would give me all products needed to clean incision? Or did u buy stuff? If so, what?

Who is your doctor and when is your surgery?
And yes, so far dr cortes staff has given me everything I need. I just had to fill my own prescription. They gave me faja, foams, Arnika, iodine and gauze to clean my incisions. They have been pretty great. So far the only downside is the long wait when I go in the office.

Omg same here! My body reabsorbed the fat from bbl. wish I would have just gone to Cortes the first time.
Make sure to get some wipes and a female urinal, healthy food and that’s it. I did order some collage vitamin c supplement from amazon and additional arnika. That’s about it. I didn’t want to spend too much money on useless items.
Oh and get a large easy to throw on dress and slipper for when you leave the hospital.

Yes baby wipes! That’s all I use to wipe my bottom and i use a lot because I’m very anal about keeping my butt very clean.

Dr cortes will give you prescription for the colace. I get constiped easy was so easy but with the papaya and pineapple I am perfectly fine. It took me 3 days to have a bowel movement and it feels very odd. Lots of pressure and I thought I blew my gauze off but all good. I wipe so much with wipes then my husband does the iodine and put new gauze. So if your diet is good, you should be fine.

I live kinda far from houston. The office offered a recovery house in houston. The lady did tell me about the massages, but i really didnt known if it was worth it.

After my first massage, she made my body look good! And helped push fluids out of my body. Certain parts of my body where more swollen too! She evened it out. Also checked for lumps.

Yes there are times I just feel a lot of pressure on my butt. Almost like someone is pushing them down. It doesn’t hurt. It’s just uncomfortable. I usually feel it more when the Advil is out of my system.

I was thinking of canceling because of high complication rate. Like implants getting infected, flipping, seeing outline. Idk some of the stories scare me!

Just make sure to do your research. Cortes does the implant in muscle so it shouldn’t flip or see outline. :)
