Lets talk Banana roll!! I didnt see much on here about it and, I was looking!
The double bump under your butt that NO doctor seems to want to touch.
Dr alizadeh did an amazing job. Took away the last of my 'former heavy gal' away.
No more worrying about what my backside looks like. No more posing a certain way to avoid the double bump showing, no more worrying about certain clothing because it would accent the lumps under my butt.
Its finally a thing of the past!!
I am not much into reviews but.. as much as I struggled to find before and after photos of others with NO luck.. I wanted to share this, so you know there ARE doctors out there that WILL do an amazing job.. Thank you so much Dr Alizadeh..

Hi. Thank you for the share. Are the scars visible or now white ? I have the same issue. And still did not find any solution yet. I ve heard that if you remove the banana roll it makes your butt fall ?

Looks great. Yeah Drs are creating banana rolls, then then run afterwards. So many are afraid to address what others are doing, your doc did a great job!!

Maybe a stupid question but what kind of procedure did he perform, to get rid of the banana rolls? I've read about a procedure called infragluteal thigh lift, is this it? Did he remove both skin and fat?
I was wondering. How do you feel about the shape of the under-buttock? I'm absolutely not trying to add any insecurity to what the doctor has done and I'm pretty sure it's just the angle of the pics, but I LOOOOOOOVVVEEEE the shape of your bum cheeks in the befores, and in the one after, which is a straight on back view, I sort of thought your cheeks were somehow changed in shape and had lost a little something. But I could be entirely wrong and it's my own paranoia! It looks like in the before, the curve of the under buttock flattens out naturally and perfectly into a gorgeous feminine rounded outer hip/thigh. The outers look like theres more in the cheek somehow and have a more round shape that looks a little more bubble butt, perhaps a little less feminine (I'm weird like that though, I like a pear shaped ass!!). Was any fat put in? I'm sure it wasn't or you'd have said. Incredible what a change in the undercurve can do. This is so incredibly helpful thank you!!
Anyway, great, great job. I like both befores and afters. Your problem seems minor in the pics, however I understand in the flesh and in tight clothes was very likely another far more annoying problem that you just wanted to be rid of.
