My experience was wonderful with Dr. Horton. I went to him for my second breast job because he is more comfortable doing a larger implant. My first doctor did a wonderful job but he is very fluent with a natural look. Dr. Horton was very similar and great, he was pleasure to work with and answered all the questions I had prior to surgery and even after surgery. They were able to get me in fairly quickly which was awesome. When he was upgrading my implants to a quite larger size he recommended putting in a mesh implant underneath to help support the weight of the implant. I figured this was a great idea and it has been wonderful so far. It's like a built in bra for your boobs. The staff was super friendly at his office, and the post operation staff were wonderful. I remember waking up and they were getting me a ginger ale or anything I needed. Any issues or concerns I had after they were great with having me pop by the office or a simple phone call so they could be answered. It has been a year and a half now since I've had my implants and they look great and upgraded.

Yes I knew right after the first surgery, but I would be going bigger eventually. However I didn't want to do it too quickly as I did not want stretch marks. So the first time I went from an a cup to a C cup. My second surgery I went from a C cup to a triple D/E. now I feel it looks better, and more proportionate according to my opinion. My friends and family were nervous it was going to be way too big, however once I had it done they said it actually suits me. So I am definitely happy with the size I went for my second time around.

i went from an A cup to a C cup as well. I definitely want to go bigger. My original Doctor was amazing, but wanted me to have the more natural look as well. How long did you wait between you first augmentation and your revision surgery?

It was coming up close to 10 years later, however you can have them done as early as I would say a year later. As long as everything has healed into place. If the skin has stretched over a year or more, that's better so that when they put a larger implant in the skin will not have stretch marks. I'm definitely happy with my results, this is more of the luck I definitely preferred. But I am happy I did it gradually as I did not want to have stretch marks or any complications. I did use a different doctor my second time through the process as he was more comfortable doing larger implants. He also built in a mesh bra, it sits under the skin under the implants to hold them in place. This prevents them from sagging overtime.

Your results look great!! Can you show us a comparison from the beginning? I am going in for my second surgery, from 400cc and thinking about 650 to 700!

If you like a larger breast, I would definitely say to go at least 700, you don't really notice much difference in 200 cc. I am so happy with my final result of 800 cc. If you look at my first review it has pictures of my first breast augmentation size, this review has pictures of my 800 cc revision

I definitely think he will be happy with that. I definitely don't regret going larger, my doctor was great with recommending putting in a mesh implant under the breast which helps support the weight of a larger implant, it just helps prevent sagging in the future and I would recommend it.

Yes it is referred to as an internal bra or a mesh bra. It honestly works wonders, my boobs do not sag at all

does ur back hurt or any physical strain fromgm going larger? i'm looking at 750cc what are your stats
Glad you're happy with your results 2 years post op! Some women say they know right away after their first surgery that they will eventually go larger. Did you feel that way? Great idea to get the mesh to help support your larger implants. How have your friends and family reacted to your upgrade? Congratulations and thank you for sharing your helpful story and pictures with us!
