Ready for my Pre-baby Body!

So, through this entire process, I have been speaking with nurses on the staff. Today was finally the day that I was able to do a video chat with my PS. He informed me that the vast majority of my fat was UNDER the muscle and he couldn't get to it with liposuction. He said that the skin would still hang a little unless I received a procedure called Cellulaze in conjunction with the liposuction, I would have loose skin. Of course he also urged me to receive a tummy tuck. I looked on the website and Cellelaze would be an additional $3,000. Both the TT and additional cellulaze are out of my price range and I refuse to get a loan or put it on my credit card. (Not demeaning anyone who chooses this option. I just don't want to do it) I also don't want to go along with just the liposuction and still not receive the optimal results. So I've cancelled the procedure until I can get the TT. I'm super sad about it because I already have my plane tickets to ATL. But I am extremely grateful that Dr. Larsen was honest with me instead of just taking my money and I still wouldn't receive the results that I hoped for. I requested a return of my deposit, but I haven't received a response yet.

My sx is now 17 Aug due to work duties. I purchased my tix to the US yesterday and I am now anxious...I started eating differently and getting more rest to lose weight. I was told by the nurse that they feel I should get a tt and that is not an option, so I tried to ensure I am a better candidate for liposuction. Hopefully this will look better by the time I get there next month. I have went to excitement to anxiety to fear to excitement and now I am nervous. I read wayyyy too many horror stories and seen too many bad pictures

My plane tickets are paid for and my
deposit is down. I'm getting anxious about drains. I will only be in the US for 8 days post SX and I will have to fly 14 hours back home. My goal is to take pain meds and hopefully sleep the rest of the way home. Is this feasible? I have been doing a lot of cardio and abs. For some reason, I believe the better my shape my body is in, the easier the recovery will be and hopefully the flight back will be bearable. How long will the drains have to stay in? I am only getting my upper and lower tummy as well as my flanks lipo'd.
