Uneven face - regret the surgery, totally lost my confidence

He responded to my review but didn’t want to know before this and my response to him is below ..

“I came in to see you after the surgery a couple of times where you advised at a further cost to me you would be able to do fillers to correct the asymmetry. I explained that when I came to see you on two separate occasions prior to the surgery taking place what I was looking to achieve in detail and that I was spending my life’s savings on this surgery and trusting you. You suggested buccal fat removal as an addition which I went ahead with. I felt confident in your ability and your manner and because of the reviews I had read. At no time did you state to me in person that the surgery could result in asymmetry. After talking to your nurse on two or three separate occasions after the surgery and raising my concerns with the lopsided healing I was told it’s the healing process and I would not see the final results for a year or so. So I waited but I was really concerned throughout this period as I could tell one side was different to the other. It was after the year had passed that I came to see you in person and you suggested I book in for fillers which I explained I did not have the money for and you continued to say that my face was already asymmetrical. You never at any point mentioned this before the surgery took place. Instead you came across very confident, kind natured and told me I would look 7-10 years younger after the surgery and you also mentioned I already looked quite young for my age. I understand that everyones faces are not completely symmetrical or perfect but to push the blame onto me was terrible. Had you told me this before the surgery I would never have gone through with it but you were just interested in taking the money. I felt so disheartened and upset when I left your practice that day. I have thought long and hard about leaving this review and have put it off many times but i owe it to other people out there so they are fully aware before they choose you and your surgery. As I have said before I will now have to live with this and it’s affected my life .. I don’t like going out or having my pictures taken. I will not be coming back to you because I have lost all trust and faith in you. And also you will charge me more. I don’t believe you will do anything to help correct this unless it is at a cost to me. If you were going to do anything to correct it you would have done so and said so when we met the last time. You are only writing to me now because I have posted a review telling the truth. But I made this problem apparent to you when we met and to your nurse and on email after the surgery several times.”

This man ruined my face and I have been living with the consequences since.
Everyone now comments on my face and not in a positive way. It’s so uneven it’s obvious.
People who know me ask me what I have done to my face and it’s embarrassing. I noticed that one side of my face was different from the other a week after the surgery where he did buccal fat removal, chin implant etc. I was told this was just swelling and that it would be even at the end of the healing process.
Another couple of weeks went by and I noticed it was still very uneven but when I spoke to him and the nurse again they told me that it was just part of the healing progress. This went on for another couple of months and they kept telling me it would heal evenly eventually.
A year later and it was still very uneven. It’s changed my life - I don’t like going out anymore. I don’t have any money to go elsewhere to get what he did corrected.
I have totally lost my confidence and when I told dr de silva he didn’t care and told me I could have fillers to make it more symmetrical. How insensitive.
I wish I had never gone to him!
He charged me approx £20000 for the work and makes you sign a million forms so he is covered. I went to him because of the reviews I read and when I met him he came across very nice and confident and assured me of the end result with confidence.
I would highly recommend you think twice before you go to him.
It’s taken a lot for me to write this review, I’m only doing it in the hope it will help someone else out there and will not happen to anyone else.
I now have to live with this for the rest of my life
