5 Star Experience
WORTH IT
After visiting Bella Vou for a consultation, I felt reassured that this was the place to go for my surgery. Hagen was knowledgeable, informative and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to ‘sell’ me the procedure. The clinic was clean and very welcoming with everything you could need there for you.
On the day of surgery, I was provided a lovely chauffeur which was a great touch.
During surgery the staff made me feel so reassured. There were 2 ladies assisting who were very compassionate and made sure I was ok throughout and after.
The recovery was a little worse than I was expecting and I didn’t feel 100% prepared for the next few days. The aftercare information I was given could do with some improvement, however I was provided a both an in hours and out of hours contact which I used and was able to talk to medical professionals straight away including my own surgeon.
Overall I am very happy I chose Bella Vou and would definitely use again.
