Buccal Fat Removal....

Serious consideration for this surgery, as my next one. I'm nervous about this one, because it's slicing the cheeks open and I won't be able to eat anything. That's my biggest point of anxiety for this. However....I've literally never seen myself skinny in the face. Since I was a baby, I've had chubby cheeks and now I'm over 40 and still have chubby cheeks. As with all my surgeries, the before and after photos make emotions come out lol....because I look like a different person, is why. So with this one (yet again), I'm going to have to prepare myself and realize I'm going to be looking quite different (probably). I'm strong, I can do this. I'm just worried about the eating issue and how long I'm on a liquid diet. I will need to prepare a paid nurse, which is going to cost more :( ....I really didn't like taking narcotics so I'll need a different pain med :(
Overall, this surgery is being highly considered for this year, but I looked and it costs alot! I will need to get that money from somewhere because I don't think I'll want to use my reserve money for this. I already spent over $30,000 on a couple procedures, so I need to be careful. However, if I do have the extra money, I will consider this surgery as my next one being done this year. I am preparing myself to look different in the face. With my wide face and big head, this surgery would balance everything out. I think it will be good. If I had a smaller head and thin face, I dunno if I'd get this surgery. But wide face, big head, and chubby cheeks.....just I think one or two needs to go. I've already done other painful surgeries, so this will be a breeze. The liquid diet and money situation would be my highest concerns.
