Buccal fat removal at HERS Clinic in BKK

1st day after surgery-was a bit swollen but i still wear a mask. The night after my surgery I felt a little pain since the anaesthesia is wearing off but I gone after the meds. I’m taking my meds on time. I was advised that I can take normal foods (though I’m still taking soft foods) but you need to gargle every after meal. I visited a night market nearby.
2nd - 4th day after surgery was my swollen days but no pain.. still taking my meds and eating soft foods , mouthwash after meal, I go outside to enjoy the city. 4th day is my final check up to the clinic to check the stitches. All were fine and healing.I was advised that my swelling is normal for 5-7 days and will completely gone after a month or two. They’ve given additional meds since I misplaced some of my meds.
5th-6th after surgery- enjoyed the city! Though I still need to wear mask. Swelling reduced on the 5th day. No more square-ish face and I can see my face is less round and cheeks are prominent! I’m happy!

After months of research I finally did my buccal fat removal at HERS Clinic in BKK.
Upon consultation, Dr. Joe explained the procedure and his technique to avoid sagging of the cheeks after the surgery. He was very informative! Whilst preparing he sprayed a numbing agent to my mouth and after a few minutes he injected the anesthesia! I didn't feel any pain at all! He was explaining what he was doing whilst on procedure so I won't feel nervous ( yes I was nervous) The surgery took an hour to remove both of the buccal fat. There was a little swelling but not obvious that I had surgery. Afterwards, they placed me to the recovery room. After an hour they allowed me to go home,No spicy food and hot food, no alcohol and smoking for weeks! No extreme activities!
