Recently I had a consultation with Dr Riaz Agha regarding Buccal Fat pad removal, he was very knowledgeable and confident, truly kind and caring surgeon, I felt he had my best interest as he put my mind at ease taking the time explaining thoroughly pre/post procedure, it was noticeable during our consultation that he combines his medical experience with creative approach of cosmetic surgery which made me even more trusting in his ability to achieve my goal, looking forward to have the surgery in couple of days time, update to follow after surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Agha for any cosmetic surgery since this will be my second surgery with him.

Hey, I’m almost 3 months now after op, I read a lot of positive results from other patients, but in my case: the result is very subtle, non of my family members or friends or even colleagues noticed any change or difference in my face, I sometimes wonder maybe I shouldn’t have done this procedure but I wouldn’t have know whether the result is going to be almost non existence ... results differ from one patient to the other I understand that but for me this operation didn’t make any difference at all, stitches took over 3 weeks to to start dissolving, swollen puffy cheeks took almost 2 months to start going down, when every finally settled, there’s no difference at all to what my cheeks looked before, my surgeon keep saying “ complete healing takes up to 9 months, you should see change by then”, I’m almost sure that there won’t be any improvement by 9 months but I’m keeping the hope

I'm sorry you aren't pleased with your Buccal removal results. Yes I agree, some clients have really good results but after looking at Dr Aghas photos of this procedure I don't see much, if any difference. Is this because of the surgeon or the patient not going for the right procedure?
