As a returning patient to Vanity, I can honestly say I will not look elsewhere. From Zeynep guiding me through the smooth booking process and finding the perfect surgeon for me, to Dr Ça?atay himself who tailors surgery to each individual and we both had a clear understanding of what I wanted to change, not only that but the outcome was better than expected and I’m so happy I put my trust in him. You are taken through exactly what to expect. The professionalism, knowledge and care from everyone in the hospital has not gone unnoticed. Dr Ça?atay has such passion and knowledge when talking through the procedure he will be performing and it’s so caring he visits you after surgery to let you know how it went! Murat, my patient coordinator was on hand 24/7 for any questions, concerns and care I needed. He really went above and beyond not only for me, but it was noticeable with how on hands he is with multiple patients. The cleanliness of the Vanity hospital, hotel and transfers could not be faulted and you are always in safe hands. Murat was with me during my consultation, after my surgery and when I was discharged, ensured I had everything I needed before returning home and has been there to continue to offer his support when I need it by call or message. I had no worries with Vanity, everything was as smooth as it could have gone and the communication is great!
